Comfort and cleanliness of the room
The exorbitant cost of an overnight stay, without breakfast included and having to pay for extended wifi access
All Premier Inn beds are the same and extremely comfortable and the room quiet and clean
Room clean big and comfortable. Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for families with younger children.
Free WiFi only for 30 minutes. Would have liked it free for the whole stay.
The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was exceptionally clean and the receptionist Peter was very friendly and helpful. No complaints!
Its cheap but you get what you pay for. The restaurant / pub next door is very good and the breakfast was excellent.
Beware of the Wifi in this hotel. It's cheap enough but the signal is very weak and when I camplained about it I was told to call the number on the log in page as the Wifi was managed externally. The phone number given was a premium line which I declined to call. It seems to me to be a rip off by providing cheap weak Wifi and then raking in the money through the premium rate phone line. Reception told me they could boost the signal to my room !!!!!! when in fact they were only boosting the profit from their premium rate line.
Clean rooms with all basic necessities. Restaurant and bar good. Breakfast excellent. Rooms warm and cosy. Ample parking onsite. Good size TV. All staff are friendly and helpful.
No shaver sockets. An altogether positive experience was spoiled at the last two hours by two things : a) Walking back to hotel from breakfast, did not appreciate being sprayed in the face as the water ricochetting off the walls of hotel being jet washed. b) Fire alarm test was a deafening nuisance and started as we were packing to checkout; it seemed to last for ages. (a bit of bad luck, I suppose! and considering the positives I was easily able to overlook the negatives)
Allowed baby milk to be placed in fridge overnight and heated in morning. Friendly, approachable staff.
Car parking was not great as others parking across 2 bays
Friendly Staff - good location
Staff were amazingly friendly & helpful, really made a difference between an average stay to a nice stay, despite it being average accommodation and limited facilities
Room was chilly (staff rectified quickly) Kids beds not made up on arrival (staff fixed this immediately) No safe in room No phone in room (a Premier Inn thing, but with a foreign mobile not ideal to call reception) No fridge in room (for toddlers fresh milk)
The beds were comfy The staff were lovely
For the price internet should be free but it was not expensive to add
Good value for money. Clean comfortable room, nice bed, widescreen tv, spotless bathroom. Good staff at the reception desk, helpful and responsive.
Paying for wi-fi. All I wanted for breakfast was a cup of tea and a slice of toast but could not get anything less than a full English or Continental breakfast.
Friendly staff, excellent bed & comfortable clean room. Good value & standard breakfasts. easy parking
Dinner menus & standard of food was at the most just fair,
Nice room and good restaurant. Friendly staff.
Restaurant / pub staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant very popular with locals so book in advance.
Warm welcome, clean, comfortable room, large car park, proximity to main roads, quiet, pub next door.
In a predominantly industrial area so not a lot around the Hotel in terms of leisure, food and drink so would need a car or use of taxis.
Comfortable bed and room
Noise from room above and our family room was a tad bit small. It was like sleeping 4 in a bed because the 3 beds were side by side with no gap in between.
Pay for internet access
Friendly staff, comfortable quiet room
Good food, very friendly staff.
Car park was a bit too small.
STAFF VERY FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT
The reception staff were really nice, friendly and welcoming. Also understanding and accommodating. A credit to Premier. The breakfasts at the adjacent pub next door were excellent.
Staff are very nice and friendly.
Food quality in buffet breakfast not too good, prefer to serve individually per order.
Just off the A66, great location for Teesside. Helpful staff.
Pokey room, stuffy, road noise, no shower gel in dispenser, expected and needed after a long drive. Very little sleep, mattress topper like sleeping on a radiator. Very important meeting next day spoiled due to tiredness, im 6'2" and my feet were off end of small double bed, no way lenny henry would have slept there. Paid £80 for the privilege too. Garbage.
There is a noise emanating from some kind of mobile phone operative nearby. Needed to sleep with window closed.
