it easy to find ideal location clean and friendly, the breakfast crew where fantastic nothing to much trouble

there wasn't anything not to like it did everything it said on the tin

Friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable room - just like it says on the box.

The shower curtain, which sticks to you while you're showering, and doesn't keep the water inside the cubicle. Needs a door.

The room did what it said on the tin, Lenny didn't let us down! Shame about the food at the pub next door. Your staff were great and when we had a little niggle they sorted it straight away and with no fuss or bother.

Had to ask for towels and the bath was dirty in the room. But this was quickly rectified. Interesting survey; I notice that Eco and Gay friendly are important to you and that's great, glad of that. Is the fact that we're from a Faith group important to you? Providentially the Gideon's Bible by my bed showed me we were.... So well done!

My wife and I stayed in Preston Farm Premier Inn. We live in Dublin and have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years, we found Preston Farm to be the best. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting my family in Teesside from now on. The staff, from restaurant, reception and cleaning were helpful, efficient, friendly and courteous to us and made our 10 day pleasant. The bar is comfortable and it is a pleasure to take a drink in there. The restaurant is also pleasant and the food is first class. The prices are very reasonable and the restaurant "Theme Nights" were terrific value.

Moving from warmth of room to dining area by way of external walkway which may have had overhead cover but left one having to pass through area of driving rain.

Peaceful you can have a luxurious relaxation without being bothered by any noise

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who was happy to direct us to were we were going and to chat for a while. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The bed was comfy and the linen lovely and clean.I went looking for more coffee and milk and was greeted by a maid who went out of her way to help. Friendly greeting from night receptionist and on checking out the same. We had no complaints and would happily stay there again.

The location was good for what I needed

I booked one sort of room, but because they had overbooked I received the lowest standard room available which impeded on what I needed to do. They also did a very poor job of cleaning. The staff were nominally polite.

Good base when visiting family

Good location for visiting family & friends, comfortable clean. You cannot be responsible for poorly behaved parents who let their children run riot at breakfast & dinner. This is my only complaint and is not unique to your hotel. We have stayed in many Premier inns, most have been really good, well behaved parents. reards David Hart
