Clean room, good access to the centre.
Expensive for its location. Wifi not included
friendly staff, perfect clean spacious rooms and nice food.
Everything is new and nice. The hotel is in a commercial area with restaurants and grocery stores. I was concerned when I saw a road was right outside our rooms window, but the hotel must have excellent sound insulation because we never heard anything aside from one loud motorcycle.
Breakfast isn't included, but is available at the adjacent restaurant. Wifi is extra as well, though you do get short free trial.
Location to theatre, rooms spotlessly clean, warm welcome awaits anyone staying here, but expensive but well worth it
The room was spacious, there were tea and coffee facilities which were brilliant, it was very clean. It was a brilliant stay at a well kept budget hotel! Just what we needed for a night stay over.
The shower wasn't very powerful - but everything else was brilliant!
everything ...the location is perfect as it's built near a retail park ...brand new building can't be faulted ...great rooms great bar and even better breakfast ....will definitely use again ...sainsbury's and tesco petrol station's just around the corner as well
nothing other than my sat nav took me to tesco's car park instead of premier inn lol
Decor staff facilities
Breakfast was 20 minutes late and I was on a tight schedule
Great location. Easy access to motorway. Able to walk to a couple of local bars. Extremely friendly staff. Very comfortable bedroom.
Nothing springs to mind.
clean & comfy
Fire doors open all the time - why have them if they aren't shut?
bedding Survive in the pub waitress very unhelpful Not worth the money Not as good as leeds premiere in Ordered chips for kids only about 15 in the bowl All in all not worth 70£ odd pounds for the night x m sharp
Well located close to an A500 junction and walkable into Hanley town centre. Very welcoming staff in what is clearly becoming a popular new hotel and Brewers Fayre pub
The staff were lovely. The hotel is newly built and therefore everything was clean and new. The double glazing fended off the noise from the nearby busy road very well. We will return.
The fan for the bathroom was very noisy - sounded like a jet engine taking off. A nuisance in the middle of the night.
Wifi did not work well.
reception staff extremely helpful room spotlessly clean quiet during the night ample parking convenient location for our trip
nothing - no criticisms
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and hotel in perfect location to town.
Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms
Having to pay for wifi
staff very helpful
sunday carvery very poor , man cutting could not carve meat 2 of us had shredded meat, no Yorkshires meal was not worth £10 .
The cleanliness of the room and the staff
Having to wait ten minutes to check in because we were paying cash and had no id on us following the wedding evening.
Location was not the greatest in terms of eating out, felt a little bit in the middle of an industrial estate
Clean and comfortable
There is a pretty purple light above the head board. Looks fab but had no idea how to turn it off
The staff were very helpful even going out of their way to help my husband who had been unwell. The room was clean and efficient.
Having to pay for wifi after 30 minutes. Too many leaflets around the room. No bathroom accessories such as a shower cap and shampoo. The soap/shampoo in the bathroom was not suitable as a shampoo. To pay the same money in a B & B would have given a much better deal.
Efficient reception and handy Brewers Fayre adjoining the hotel. Room sufficient for our family of 4 (2 children of 11 and 12). Half hours drive to Alton Towers. Would stay here again.
Everything is new, hotel is open/working for 7 months therefore all the hardware is as it should be. The staff is very very helpful
WiFi is bad and this made working difficult. No telephone in the room so need to go to reception if there is an issue. Everything is on prepayment basis.
Location and general cleanliness
We had 6 people staying on Saturday night. I booked 3no 'Quadrouple rooms' and requested twin beds. Was met with 3no double beds (not ideal when all lads!). I paid extra for breakfast for us all and then was told that price only included for one breakfast per room! Its was 10.45 and there was hardly anything left and they still wanted to charge us £9 each so we walked across to a café across the road. Hotel was clean and generally tidy but a bit disappointed when you are paying £100 per room....in Hanley!
