Attitude of 1 member of staff (Lisa) who told us she was the manager when an incident happened but we later found out that this was not true. She needs a course in customer service.
Very clean. Majority of staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing I would have changed was a newer TV - the remote was so well used we could not read the channel numbers.

We had roadside room which was very noisy nearly all night and the glass toilet door did not stay shut and although it was heavily frosted you could still see a certain amunt
The large room and comfortable bed.

people smoking outside main door. no trouser press breakfast expensive

Very limited criticisms... Re: Breakfast - the sausages were tasteless, and could have been better quality. Re: The room - I stayed with my partner who is a double leg amputee. A bath in the room would have been helpful, given that she played wheelchair rugby for two days over the weekend The sink was quite high, and she had to keep her legs on to use it... ( I did request a disabled room )
Comfort of bed Range of food available Staff very friendly and helpful

Bathroom a bit small. Noise from busy room but didn't disturb sleep.
Big room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast in the morning. Great location near gardens and shopping place. First time at a Premier Inn but definitely recommend.

Checking in... Apparently you only pay on arrival before you have even stopped, so we go to check in. We get greated by a female receptionist who informs me but is no help at all when the both of our cards got declined. Just wasn't interested in the both of us or in any way tried to help. Plus we had the fire alarm at 8.30am the next morning, safe to say I won't be staying here a again.
The main thing was the bed, if it wasn't for it being the best bed I'd experience in a hotel, it would have been a bad review

Glass door to toilet/shower in room. Terrible design.

Staff friendly especially Mandie at breakfast

The fact that we booked two family rooms and got a triple room. We didn't have enough beds.. Booking.com at fault not the hotel!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful

There was a large group of us attending an event. However when arriving back at the hotel fairly late there are no facilities to use. Maybe they should cater for this when knowing people will be attending a local event.
I like the location and the set up of the hotel.

The one and only negative is unlike a lot of hotels the bar was not open to residents after 11pm
Good alround hotel, friendly staff and great value for money.

The glass bathroom door! Zero privacy!
The bed was very comfy, room spotless & breakfast excellent!
March 29, 2015
We had some problems with heat in the room which were loved when we found out that it is controlled from the front desk!
Good location if you en route from South to North or visa versa - plenty to see shops etc, nice ambience and away from the motorway

The evening meal menu was m,a little basic and could have more choice
Overall comfort and facilities
March 24, 2015
The lack of tea and coffee in the room having to go down regularly and ask for more should not be necessary.
Staff were excellent and friendly

I booked a twin room for myself and a friend. One bed was superb, the second was a sofabed and my friend had a less than comfortable night. I do think that Premier could have a few dedicated twin rooms as I am sure we are not alone in needing two beds.
Location is superb. Shops nearby and garden centre, Frankie and Benny a short walk away, couldn't be better!

The front of house team were very chatty and friendly towards us,great cosy reception lounge to chat and relax

The cost of wi-fi.
This was our second visit as we have relatives who live nearby. In particular we find the staff very efficient and affable. The facilities are good and I especially Lennon the size of the showers.
February 23, 2015
Wifi should be free regardless of speed just increase the prices slightly
The restuarant and bar area have undergone a nice makeover and I liked the meal deal
