The location, cleanliness, service, dinner.
Self service buffet breakfast, it was a bun fight so we didn't get breakfast on our final morning.
Excellent location. Clean, modern room. Good value restaurant meals. Staff very helpful during a busy Sunday breakfast session. Enjoyable base for a good weekend.
I would have liked more than two tea bags in our room!
It was clean, comfortable and friendly. Good selection at breakfast with helpful staff. Easy to walk to an evening guitar concert venue and to the centre of Stratford. Adequate, off road, reasonable cost parking.
We could not see any road signs directing to the hotel.
Good location within easy walking distance to most attractions. Parking in site reasonably priced
Location was excellent, right next to the canal and close to town center, 5 mins walking and 7-10 mins from the train station.
I had the disability room and the bed was actually 2 single bed combined as a double which was not very comfortable.
Location - 10 mins walk to centre of town. Nice view of canal. Hotel is new, everything is tidy and fresh. Comfy bed.
Breakfast was nice but it was a bit of a scrum - area used a bit small.
The welcome and staff attention was excellent throughout. Food good and breakfast excellent.
Toiletries in the rooms were poor - just a push soap container. No baths despite booking saying with bath. Car park big but demand meant lucky to get in and did not risk leaving at night.
Comfort, location, cleanliness
Very long wait to check in V noisy guest in room above, not hotel fault
Good facilities, exceptional staff
Staff are excellent, make you feel so welcome and looked after - they all clearly love their job which is a pleasure to see.
Having to pay for parking is annoying
Breakfast price buffet, same even if you wanted continental, that cannot be right
Loved the view of the canal from our room (333). Enjoyed the 10 minute walk along the canal into the town centre. The staff at breakfast were very efficient, friendly and attentive.
Almost everything was excellent & will definitely return
Breakfast was fine on the first day but terrible on the second day. Had to wait ages for porridge & then quite a while for the cooked breakfast which was tepid! Most guests complained on that day too so not just us being picky!
Lovely friendly staff!! Liam was very helpful with map instructions to our next destination!! Hutch was such a great waiter in the 'Thymes' restaurant we went from breaky!! No complaints, all was wonderful! The free wifi was really good and worked well in our room!!
Nothing here, no bad comments!!
The room and Resturant Shirley Milford on Sea
The waiter couldn't get the meal right.
I liked the friendly staff who were welcoming after a bus journey. The cleaning staff were accomodating when I felt like a day off from sightseeing. Breakfasts lovely. Thank you!
The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy
The room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area was a trading estate but it was within 5mins walk from the town. The patio area next the canal was a pleasant place to sit.
New very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms new and comfortable. Excellent location minutes walk from centre of town Plenty of parking.
Paying £3 per day parking Breakfast room to small for size of hotel long wait for a table. Walked into town for breakfast. Minor quibbles on the whole excellent hotel. Will use again for next visit.
It's location on the canal, with a 10 minute canal side walk to the theatre and town
We were on the third floor and windows were sealed shut. It was a hot weekend and a breath of air would have been good. It claimed that it was locked for my 'safety and comfort''! Neither, I'm afraid!
On site restaurant, room very high standard.
Great location, an easy 10 min walk into the centre of town. Clean and exactly what we expect from the brand wherever we go. Keep up the good work.
Friendly and courteous, extremely helpful Reception staff, cleanliness of rooms, location.
car parking charges of £5 and only two disabled parking spaces amongst possibly 200 others. Lots of spaces with 'R' painted on ground - reserved? Who for?
Location was good, hotel was clean and quite comfortable.
Bedding was winter weight - too hot. No option available for lighter bedding. Had to book table in advance for dinner (day before).
Great hotel, good food, excellent service
