Staff are helpful, rooms very clean, bed very comfortable and my request for a shower only room was organised.
There were problems accessing the wi if with the vouchers I purchased. New ones were issued which were also a problem by by the time I returned to hotel on the first evening, it had been resolved and there were no further problems for the next two days of my stay.
Staff were great. It was as if it was their own business. Polite, cheerfully welcoming and helpful.
Lack of car parking but we expected that anyway.
The room and the staff were wonderful
the lift was annoying having to hold the button in
The staff, the location, the room and a great choice for breakfast were all up to the usual Premier Inn standard. I asked for a poached egg and it was cooked perfectly. in fact I passed on my thanks to the chef.
Dinner was not good. I chose a chicken pot in sauce. The chicken was dry and tough, despite the sauce it was served in. A big disappointment.
the facilities in the room, shower was lovely
the view, but not a priority
didn't realise that there was no on site parking, only expensive meters in the street. Then have to climb approx. 3-4 flights of stairs to get to reception - then to be told there is a council car park, about ten mins walk away. however a bit to far to be moving luggage. hotel needs a drop off zone for max 20 mins use....thus allowing travellers to check in , then go an re-park.
Town centre location. Able to regulate the temperature in the room. Plenty of space.
Staff didn't know only one device could receive wifi. We were misled. The bathroom was freezing
No drop off place on arrival: poorly advertised on the other side of a busy road.

Great location, excellent, friendly and welcoming staff
The cooked breakfast, over cooked bacon, sausages not nice...but all else ok
Great breakfast, lovely comfortable room and pristine bathroom. Good location close to shops, theatre and Shakespeare's houses.
Access from street is by lots of stairs or a dreadfully slow lift where you have to hold a button in for it to work. Also the nearest parking is across a very busy road in a pub car park. Map on website is unclear.
Drivers without "Blue Badges" park in the Disabled parking spaces, even though they are clearly marked as only for disabled.
The room was clean, the bed was comfy. However, the entrance to reception was grubby and worn. Staff were helpful and the lights, bathroom and so on all worked
The bar was hopeless and had virtually no stock. It didn't even have gin or tonic. The layout is confusing and getting to the third floor to my room was complicated, involving two flights of stairs then a lift - I never was able to find the stairs from the second to the third floor.
Superbly attentive staff
Central position friendly staff
distance to car park
Having arrived alone to meet up with friends I was greeted by the extremely helpful staff. Everything was spot on and had a great weekend.
Didn't like that there was nowhere to park but the staff soon sorted me out.
The staff were phenomenal. Best customer service I have seen in ages. Lovely clean comfortable room.
Access to the second floor family room is not really great for buggies especially not double buggies.
parking off site, automated booking in system,I prefer to deal with humans!!
It's proximity to the town centre which was a 7 minute walk away. The staff were polite , very helpful and attentive
No telephone in the room
A hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean. We asked for an additional duvet which was bought up to our room straight away. The breakfast buffet is also great value for money and I would recommend this as an extra.
The hotel layout is a bit bizarre and you have to go up a couple of flights of stairs before reaching reception. There is parking nearby but it is quite pricey - especially if you are stating for more than 24 hrs.
Great, central location. Easy automated booking in service, with helpful staff on hand. Rooms have everything you would need & are nice and clean. Tasty meal in the Red Lion pub across the road in evening.
Shame there's no car park, but there are two parking spaces in Red Lion across the road you can park in, for free for 30 minutes whilst you book in & there are several pay and display car parks very near you can use.
Staff excellent. Beds superb. Breakfast excellent value.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location right in the heart of the tourist attractions.
No free WiFi.
Loved the location Disabled room was a nice size with a wet room shower. Staff very helpful and friendly
Nothing critical, but once you. Figure out the corridors and stairs great. Reception lift very slow. The lift for the disabled in the under hotel garage was much better to come in.
Location was excellent, quiet, but still central and staff very polite and professional. I had a floor 3 room with a room window which gave a night time view of the stars, or could be closed to give total blackout. Very pleased
