Staff on reception exceptional. Breakfast excellent.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and the food was good. We slept well.
Very quiet, comfortable well appointed room.
With the Beefeater next door, finding a parking space was a bit of an issue.
STAFF WERE GREAT AND CLEANLINESS
BREAKFAST AT BEEFEATER WAS A BIT OF A nightmare. shuld have buffet and not try and cook to order as the wait is too long and there was not enough staff on. Thank you
Myself partner and grandson Had a 3 night stay .visiting friends it was a great location .we went into London very easy .and visited blue water shopping centre (15mins away)great shops .would stay in the hotel again .
The bed was very spacious and comfortable.
It didn't meet my expectations due to the price being so high
Comfortable beds and bedding. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Excellent cleanliness. Friendly staff on reception. Spacious room. Nice temperature in the room.
We stayed on a Friday and Saturday. There was a lot of noise late at night from people leaving the Beefeater restaurant next door. The car park was immediately in front of our first floor room. Breakfast service in Beefeater was poor.
No breakfast, No coffee available slow service
Much better standard than expected, having arrived from staying in a Sheffield Hotel which cost a lot more and had poorer facilities. We had a very warm welcome from the staff. Food and service in Beefeater Restaurant very good, Will definitely use Premier Inns in future.
We couldn't find a quiet area to sit and read, but we only had an hour to wait to meet family, so it wasn't a big issue
Comfy clean quiet
A little pricey for family room
Parking facility - very good.
The inside (floor) of the lift - some maintenance work is needed.
Four good beds and plenty of space for a night or two. With a 14 year old and 9 year old we needed the four beds and the room was a good size to change and relax. Would definitely use again.
Internet access was only free for 30 minutes and we could not get mobile phone signals in the room.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful everywhere was clean and tidy The Continental breakfast was very good There were plenty of pillows and the beds were very comfortable The water was really hot - wonderful.
I would have liked a toilet brush in the toilet so I could clean the toilet after use and not have to wait for the cleaners the following day. This also caused my husband to have to use a toilet which was not as clean as he is used to.
Staff and service of the evening meal excellent, room clean and well presented. Great location
you can see why kids eats free, the worst meal in a while, no coffee, no bread or croissants, do not even try the the eggs, took us another half hour to leave the room !!!! Tried to charge us again after we've paid!!
Satnav could not find the location-a common problem apparently. Mistake over ordering breakfast-for one person instead of two. This was easily rectified.
The good night's sleep. ..excellent pillows
After a long drive I wanted to walk to the centre but it was too far.
Room was a nice size clean and beds were comfortable
Couldn't get breakfast
Booking in couldnt find my name
the staff were warm, welcoming and very professional. the room was very clean and loved the decor. I liked the layout of the hotel with the restaurant next door, which was very reasonably priced. The staff were excellent with my grandsons, being very kind to them. Very well done to the staff, thank you
Location. Bed Comfort
Given disabled room. Not configured well for able bodied (sinks and showers too low, etc)
The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice and the beds were very comfortable too, The young lady who was on duty on Saturday evening was extremely helpful and sympathetic to the situation and should be commended for her customer service skills! Even more so as it was her second day in the job and new to role! I would like to thank her for her support!
The toilet was not working and we had to use a bucket to manually flush the toilet. The hotel was very busy and due to this it took some time for the staff to offer another room which was too late in the evening for us to move too! I was not keen on staff moving my personal belongings to another room!
The staff couldn't help enough all of them - the facilities were great and the breakfast also superb value with my two kids eating free. However the room was a little noisy and on the night we stayed there was a problem with the plumbing ! All in all excellently managed and most of all superb attitude and customer service from the staff
All the things you take for granted at a Premier Inn - good sized room, it's clean, air conditioned and the shower works.
Prices in the neighbouring restaurant always seem high, capitalising on the ease of proximity.
