Good size room. Comfortable bed. Choice of pillows. Access to where I wanted to be.

No telephone in the room. WiFi was not working too well.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Romms were very clean & quiet. The breakfast was excellent.

We had to wait a long time at the beefeater for a table on our 1st night

it was quiet and although near a main road we didnt hear any traffic noise

although it is a newish building the floors creaked even in the bathroom I was in the disabled ground bedroom and could hear the people upstairs every time they moved it was a shame

Large bedroom, very comfortable, clean and with BATH! Helpful smiling staff. Liked the choice of ground floor room. Lots of parking.

Did not like decor and carpet. Very austere, but realise it might appeal to younger visitors. Please could you fit a magnifying mirror for make up or shaving?

Modern and tidy, and the restaurant joining it. Looked lovely as we drove up to it.

The first room my parents were put in was for disabled persons, and smelt of urine! So we had top be ask to move rooms. We wanted to be together as made the booking as one. The leg on my daughters bed in our room was broken, reported and not swapped or fixed. On arrival we were told our booking did not include breakfast when it did, and in the restaraunt the same was told to us, until we went to get our booking form again!! We certainly did not need this as were there for a close family members funeral! We ate in the bar, and our foot was not hot and just luke warm. And the baby changing room smelt bad, and a dirty nappy nust have been left in there as it smelt the corridor out when you went into the ladies or the restaurant.

Proximity to my forwarding location. The staff were very helpful. The adjoining restaurant was very lovely again with very helpful staff and nice food. The breakfast was plentiful and well worth the money. A very plesent stay and would recommend.

There was some confusion about the bill but it was sorted quickly.

Very clean and new, seem to have lot of staff at the moment, and service was excellent. Price is very high though for what was once the best budget hotel in uk, I stopped here as needed dinner meeting but there are some cheaper and I feel more comfortable options with much lower prices I use
