Location suitable. Excellent cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Lift available
Food could have been hotter.
Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. good parking facilities.
Breakfast poor quality for price. Decaf options in room would be nice WiFi paid for didn't work waiting for refund.
Good meal in The Bull Beefeater
Staff on reception helpful and found another room for us after 3 times of me telling them that the heating was still not working. I only booked the accesable room as it was all that was available when I booked it the same day we arrived ? How come another room was soon found after complaining about having no heating.
Accesable room 1 heating did not work shower floor dirty and black mould.Room did not smell very nice and only one chair to sit on for two people share ? Could not get any breakfast at 10 10 am and was told they were unable to take any more bookings. This is not a very good advert for a great day starts with a Premier inn breakfast? There no fridge in room and we were not offered any discount for the inconveniences we suffered also mens toilets near restaurant out of action and no phone in room.I will not be recommending this Hotel.
Good sized room, with very comfortable bed. Quiet. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower.
Slow service at breakfast
Excellent location for visiting relatives in nearby orpington. Handy restaurant, pub adjoining.
The staff were particularly helpful. Taylor Louise on reception and Hannah and Daryl in the restaurant.
we enjoyed our stay and we will be staying again very soon .
there was nothing we didnt like .
Does what it says on the packet clean, comfortable, functional and value for money. Not the largest room I have had in a premier inn but it was good. A large Beefeater restaurant on site but we didnt go as we had other plans.
could have done with more coffee sachets in the room but when we asked house keeping they quickly gave us more :-)
supposed to be a price guarantee , but when a colleague of mine booked it was £21 cheaper !!!!!!!!!!!!
The meal in the pub next door varied from night to night, in terms of speed of service and quaility of food.Dramatically better on my 2nd night.
I work away , not to often , but when I do I like a bit of home comforts, I get that here , I run a pub so I do know what it's like to be organised , and this place is well organised , well run and cosy . I will return , and stay with you again and again Thank you
There isn't anything I could say to put a damper on my stay with you
The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The noise from the people in the room above us as it lasted all night
Being given a disabled room - everything was too low
Good location Friendly staff Good clean room and helpful facilities
Very noisy - could hear every move our upstairs neighbours made (and they weren't doing anything other than walking across the floor). Ended up invoking the Good Night Guarantee as barely slept.
Warm welcome. Dealt with quickly. Clean.
Because I booked via alternate website my room preference could not be actioned. Low (or no) sound proofing from the ceiling above. Cast of Riverdance rehearsing. This is not an old building. Not impressed being woken to the sound of night visits to the bathroom from room above.
Clean room, nice crispy sheets. Breakfast was good. Staff were very understanding. Being disabled the staff were very helpful and this was greatly appreciated.
The wifi kept dropping out. The fire alarm sounded early in the morning and no explanation given when leaving as to what happened.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was awful. Ran out of hot water, teaspoons, small plates, took staff ages to replace them. Cooked breakfast was poor, 2 guests only had scraps of bacon and no rashers and half the breakfast was freezing cold. Some guests sent them back but waited ages for a replacement that was still cold. Not impressed.
location, staff, food , parking beer & wine excellent whole hotel clean
was given a disabled room, never booked or asked for one, although next day was offered a swap, also heating in room not working,or air con ,had to be controlled from desk, not comfy at all spoiled my stay usually love it here
Helpful and efficient staff especially in the attached bar and restaurant
Guests attending breakfast in the restaurant in their pyjamas
The staff, particularly the reception staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble.
Do not like foam pillows, would have liked the option of feather/down pillows.
Staff extremely helpful Great breakfast Comfy bed Easy to find
Pipes knocking over the bed during the night Car park too small for hotel and restaurant
Good sized room, adjoining pub/restaraunt was handy though very busy.
Paid over £100 for a room that turned out to have a connecting door to the next room. Meant alot of noise came through from next door. Paying that much for a room like raft is disappointing. We were not warned this was the case when booking and as the place was fully booked we could not be transferred to another room. Not happy !
The staff walking in while my partner and I were still asleep put us both on edge, after this we were unable to relax.
