Score from 495 reviews Very good
Great bed, very comfortable, peaceful and a pleasant stay.
The awful purple colour scheme every where, especially the staff uniform. Ingratiating reception desk staff.
Excellent location to the city center, restaurants, cinema and marina. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is spacious with comfortable bed. AC/ Heater is excellent!!
Wifi is not efficient. Only free for 30min?! seriously? we are 2015, not 1998! the TV is very small and old.
Well looked after no problem,s at all
COMFORTABLE BED AND NICE WIFI
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS IN A SMALL SIDE ROAD AND IT IS NOT EASY TO FIND
Good size room and comfortable bed
People coming back from nightclubs at 3am Sunday morning.
Brilliant location for night out. Quiet comfy rooms. Rooms very clean and tidy.
Bar closed in afternoons.
Parking confusing so was booking room like type of room is it different style with children, or do they juggle the furnishing about
Rude staff that were very unhelpful! Did not communicate very week with us as customers and we felt we were targeted for being a young group of girls. Horrendous! Would not stay here again!
Two night clubs are adjacent. If you want to sleep , don't stay here.
The staff were brilliant and were so friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable .We will definitely stay again
can i just say a massive thank you to BEV ( housekeeping) , david and chris on reception, both were brilliant with us and the children, the helped with every question and nothing was to much trouble , with out these people i wouldnt of enjoyed my stay as much, they made sure were kept comfortable. room was so clean, and the beds so comfortable, the location was pretty awesome, shops and food places everywhere, swimming and cinema was 2 mins walk from the hotel.we loved our stay. thank you BEV, CHRIS AND DAVID.... xxxx
Near to town
The staff were all really friendly & helpful at all times. The hotel was spotless, restaurant was really nice excellent service. Would definitely stay here again
It was quite noisy outside the hotel but it was also a Saturday night so was to be expected
The room was lovely
The price of what we paid
Extremely helpful staff Comfortable bed Great shower Great breakfast
Opening hours of the restaurant weren't great
The staff were friendly and priffessional
I didn't like having to park accross the road from the hotel. I didn't think it fair that I had to pay for parking
See smiley faces above.
The ventilation in the room was poor and there was a lingering odour of something between a men's locker room and cheap cologne mixed with crummy air freshener. The free wifi speed was so slow as to be pointless.
Comfortable rooms, central location
Would like breakfast to be included in the price!
Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help fix problems. Hotel is pretty central to everything in the city centre. (But has its drawback as its on Wind Street - which is lined with bars and restaurants.)
The bathrooms smelled mouldy. The carpets were filthy. The towels were old and rough. The ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy and would turn on all throughout the night. The halls were very noisy late at night with people going back to their rooms after a night out at the bars (regardless of the signs and attempts the hotel makes to keep noise down).
Pleasant comfortable stay.
On arrival I tried paying cash but was asked for I.d.which I didn't have with me , so I then had to travel all the way back to port talbot to get some which was a huge inconvenience for a couple in they're 60s ,I believe this to be very unacceptable.
The only thing we enjoyed was the evening meal that is all about the stay.
Premier hotels guarenteen a goods nights sleep that is something we did not get as there was a lot of shouting, screaming, laughing, running up and down the corridors, banging of doors just one heck of a din all night from about 11.20 til about 6.30 am,There was no phone in our room to phone down to reception to complain we were too frightened to leave our room to go down to reception to complain we felt we were staying at some youth hostel as for staying again the answer is deffinetly NO WAY.
Free WiFi was adequate
No phone, pen/notepad in room
Basically on Wine Street - very handy!
Convenient, central location and easy for me to get to work the next day. Lovely staff and great breakfast.
