Room facilities were good. Breakfast was of a good quality. Car parking charges were reasonable. The first room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke. This was very unfortunate. We had to chnage to another room with 2 young children - not good. |

good facilities, value for money, city centre location, nice breakfast, however saturday night revellers spoilt our stay as sleep on the saturday night was impossible. Little was done to nullify the noise and rowdism as far as I could see. Yes, it,s attraction to youngsters who wanted to party all night and disturb other residents. Is it not possible to segregate this element in one part of the hotel ?. |

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Room at back of hotel facing car park so although there was no view it was very quiet, whether this would be the case at the weekend I don't know! Entrance area was looking a bit tired. |

Comfortable rooms that were clean and spacious. Initial complications with booking ( wrong date booked by hotel for reservation) which ultimately resulted in me being wrongly charged. However once this was finally resolved my stay was pleasant. |

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and generally a nice stay making up for the wet weather Note it is surrounded by pubs and clubs so the street can be noisy. |

Were told on check in that we did not need to move car by 8.30am on the Sunday as the overnight charge of £3.00 would be charged, on returning to car at 9.30am we were charged £7.50. |

The hotel is easy to find, right in the city centre. The english breakfast menu (eat as much as you like for £7.50 from the lovely buffet). Depending on your room, you will be disturbed by the noise coming from the pubs and bars that are just next door (fortunately it happens only during the w-e). |

Location made it easy to get to public transport, We were pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of the double glazing - we did not hear much noise despite the main road outside and nightclubs around. Bath was slippery and difficult to get out of but the staff were very helpful and provided an anti-slip mat after the problem became apparent. Perhaps it might be worth providing these as a matter of course - or at least listing these as available on request. |

location of the hotel and the menu was ok yes - the toilet in the room smelt when we got there - it was awful - then a member of their staff had a habit of correcting your prononciation of words when actually they had it wrong. Also also were not very helpful in their directions when we were trying to locate the car park, which by the way would have been helpful if premier inn had put HOW to get to car park on their details as it was very akward |

Location of hotel was good. The staff were all very helpful and went beyond their job specifications. The approach coulkd be better signposted. Gets very noisy outside on Friday and Saturday nights-but the double glazing works! |

The hotel was handy for all amenities. Furnishings were simple, we paticularly liked the fact there were no drawers so less checking to do on leaving. A lounge area would have been nice on the ground floor, it was very bad weather when we stayed. |

This is a basic modern hotel situated in the city centre and OK for business visits. Breakfast is good value. Check in is difficult as there is limited parking outside the hotel. It was necessary to park in an NCP car park adjacent to the hotel and carry all bags etc back to the reception. Noise from visitors to the many bars etc in Wind St was noticeable in the bedroom.I would not use this hotel for leisure or long stays. Room rate expensive for the facilities on offer. |
