In the heart of Swansea's city centre, just 800 metres from the train station, this modern hotel offers great value, with an on-site restaurant and spacious, comfortable and modern en suite rooms. The Premier Inn Swansea City Centre is just 350 metres from Swansea Marina and within easy walking distance of all the city's museums, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk and some rooms can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available each morning and includes scrambled, fried, poached or boiled eggs, and pork or vegetarian sausages. There is also a wide continental selection. The on-site restaurant and bar offer good food and drink at reasonable prices. There is a public car park next to the hotel offering parking at an additional cost. The hotel was clean, ie my room, the public areas and restaurant areas and the bed extremely comfortable. Considering the hotel is in the city centre there was no noise whatsoever to keep me awake at night. Staff were helpful and courteous and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Great location Because of its central location it gets very loud during the weekends when the pubs and clubs are open. The lady at reception was beyond rude when we arrived and didn't even acknowledge our arrival until another staff member checked us in. Not a good first impression.

Great Staff Room was lovely, and great value Air conditioning didn't work, and we didn't feel we could ring down to ask. Found out when we were leaving that we had been sleeping on a broken bed.

Liked the fact that Frankie and Benny's is just around the corner and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very loud causing disrupted sleep.

The staff were super accommodating and allowed us to check in at 1130am. They wished me a very happy hen do and were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and give off a luxuarious feel. The door staff in the evening ensures that no drunken randoms come into the hotel and disturb anyone. perfect location for anyone visiting Swansea, easy to park in the mulitistorey that the hotel kindly validate your ticket so its only £5.

Absolutely loved staying here and would definately stay here again! Young girl at the desk was a really nice girl and helped us with everything. would definately recommend, great staff to all was great, enjoyed my stay

Great location. city centre good and near some gorgeous Gower beaches. Slow check in, confusion over our booking which was unfounded.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially where it is located at the end of what can only be described as carnage on wind street on a weekend. the staff mistakenly giving our room key to a nonguest and finding this guest in our room on return from a night out. it could of been worse.

The room and conditions were very nice. located in centre of Swansea, had a nice meal in a nice restaurant oposit to hotel. certainly with next visit in swansea gonna stay in premier inn. thank you. have no objections.
