Ease of booking, check in / out and breakfast
Spend a very cold night, all three very cold, and no extra blankets...only our second time in premier inn and puts me off coming back again.. Rough night :-(
Comfortable and quiet. The staff and breakfast excellent
The staff and breakfastbwas lovely
Although our booking had been amended it did not show up on the receptionist paperwork. Very upsetting as Booking.comdo not want to know!
Kind and polite staff, helped with directions etc. Great shower facilities and overall it was lovely!
The bathroom tap had to be pushed up ever so slightly each time, else the water just squirted everywhere, clothes got wet a couple of times.
The Room was clean and had facilities for making a drink.
No food after 9.30 pm at the restrurant and the area had nothing open they shut at 10pm and were cleaning at 9.30.
The room was very clean and bed comfy. Hotel staff were very friendly. Staff in the Taybarn restaurant were extremly helpful. The breakfast was very nice.
Room would have been better if slightly larger, given a family of 4 were sharing it.
Very clean and tidy good staff
Food a bit expensive
The room was basic but clean, however the room layout had not been thought thorough. There is only one mirror in room and it is positioned above a tiny shelf that has tea and coffe on it. Where are you supposed to sit and dry hair - put make up on. It's the first thing that should be thought about when it comes to functionality of the room. We ended up having to move a chair - then the kettle - coffee tea -cups etc so I could use the tiny shelf. The dressing table had a picture over it and no mirror. Basic stuff so very annoying. We arrived late - had a business meeting early in the morning and had to change the layout of the room just t o get ready. Also the toilet roll dispenser is very unhygienic. It dispenses the sheets from a tight opening underneath a dispenser. You have to put your fingers underneath the dispenser - and pull the toilet roll out. You can't see under the dispenser because it is too low so you are putting your fingers underneath trying to pull the pieces out. You can't avoid touching the underneath where frankly there could easily be germs etc from the previous occupant. Again inconvenient and not thought through. These are basic things but make a real difference to staying ina hotel. .
Location was good, lots of parking and easy access to Liberty Stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a let down. Hot water for tea was in a flask and not recently booked, all the cooked breakfast items were under lamps and most if it had dried up. One piece of bacon and a hash brown were inedible. Breakfast started at 7 and I was there before 8 so I don't know how these were so dry.
Friendly staff, easy to get to with good location. Value for money
Not comfiest bed in world
The staff could not do enough for us in extremely difficult circumstances
Can honestly say there was nothing to complain about. Found the bed lovely and comfortable, very clean room and bathroom throughout. Just found it quite hot at night, but then I am a woman of that certain age. Opened the window the following night, which was much better, and only got disturbed a couple of times by fellow wedding party guests arriving back after us.
good location close to the motorway. Simple to book and check in.
The food place next door. I prefer to eat in the Premier Inn itself as at Gatwick
The lack of facilities
Hallway being painted and protective covering still on the hallway corridor
Everything was well described before hand
location and staff were lovely
tatty hotel Taybarns on site, food was luke warm,
Close to the libetry walkway so easy to park
Very clean , staff excellent
Not having a good night sleep like they say you get building work right next door what we wasn't told about
Good location. Clean room
Need to pay 3£ for 24 hours wifi. It's cheap but it inconvenience
very friendly helpful staff clean rooms good food
bed felt like sleeping on the floor very hard and uncomfortable
Typical Premier Inn Comfort. Good Bed, with quality pillows and bedding. Well kept and tidy in the main areas. As always, you know what you will get.
Bathroom Cleanliness was on the poor side, which was a shame as the room in general was perfectly fine.
Receptionist was rude and arrogant and accused my husband of being racist. We were a family of 3, but only 2 towels in bathroom and only 2 Tea bags and 2 coffee sachets, We had requested a quiet room however the room was quite noisey. The Tv bracket was loose so the tv was on a difficult angle to see properly. We had booked to stay 2 nights but because of the poor quality we received from start to finish we only stayed 1 night, and my husband has vowed never to return to a Premier Inn again.
