Location was good, lots of parking and easy access to Liberty Stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a let down. Hot water for tea was in a flask and not recently booked, all the cooked breakfast items were under lamps and most if it had dried up. One piece of bacon and a hash brown were inedible. Breakfast started at 7 and I was there before 8 so I don't know how these were so dry.
Friendly staff, easy to get to with good location. Value for money
Not comfiest bed in world
The staff could not do enough for us in extremely difficult circumstances
Can honestly say there was nothing to complain about. Found the bed lovely and comfortable, very clean room and bathroom throughout. Just found it quite hot at night, but then I am a woman of that certain age. Opened the window the following night, which was much better, and only got disturbed a couple of times by fellow wedding party guests arriving back after us.
good location close to the motorway. Simple to book and check in.
The food place next door. I prefer to eat in the Premier Inn itself as at Gatwick
The lack of facilities
Hallway being painted and protective covering still on the hallway corridor
Everything was well described before hand
location and staff were lovely
tatty hotel Taybarns on site, food was luke warm,
Close to the libetry walkway so easy to park
Very clean , staff excellent
Not having a good night sleep like they say you get building work right next door what we wasn't told about
Good location. Clean room
Need to pay 3£ for 24 hours wifi. It's cheap but it inconvenience
very friendly helpful staff clean rooms good food
bed felt like sleeping on the floor very hard and uncomfortable
Typical Premier Inn Comfort. Good Bed, with quality pillows and bedding. Well kept and tidy in the main areas. As always, you know what you will get.
Bathroom Cleanliness was on the poor side, which was a shame as the room in general was perfectly fine.
Receptionist was rude and arrogant and accused my husband of being racist. We were a family of 3, but only 2 towels in bathroom and only 2 Tea bags and 2 coffee sachets, We had requested a quiet room however the room was quite noisey. The Tv bracket was loose so the tv was on a difficult angle to see properly. We had booked to stay 2 nights but because of the poor quality we received from start to finish we only stayed 1 night, and my husband has vowed never to return to a Premier Inn again.
Hotel staff and rooms.Restaurant staff.
We were not advised that the hotel was adjacent to a building site which started using diggers around 08.00. The Restaurant next door was not the most comfortable place to eat on a Friday night. Its was extremely noisy tables placed immediately under air conditioning/heating units and lack of lighting for all tables did not help.
The room needed a full refurbishment, Lighting was very poor and it wasn't possible to open the curtains in the morning while getting ready as cars\wagons parked outside the window and could see in the room. There was a building sight next door which woke us at 6.45am. The quality of food from the adjacent eating establishement was far below the usual standard of Premier Inns
Most of the staff was friendly and attentive - unfortunately on the checkout day staff wasnt as helpfull.
A goodnight sleep they say - but outside there was a compresser buzzing all night every night - I told the staff and he said "arh thats too bad" - and thats it. No compensation, no apollagy, no nothing
Very helpful at reception and ladies who cleaned rooms very good and professional
Really Friendly staff on Reception, great parking and good location.
Some building work close by
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good to have tea and coffee in the room.
NO AIR CONDITIONING. WOULD BENEFIT IF ALL ROOMS WERE FITTED WITH A/C UNITS.
Everything was so good! From start to end of my stay
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They recommended sights to see, and gave us directions. Hotel was next door to an ASDA supermarket/clothing store. The beach at Gower was great and the scenery was magnificent.
