value for money especially breakfast.
coffee stains on wall from previous guests still there. should have been removed before we arrived. bathroom taps difficult to turn off.
rooms a bit warm in summer weather
Having to pay a premium price because I was attending an air show, and receiving only basic facilities with no air con, it was far to hot to sleep and all we were offered was a noisy fan and a sheet instead of a duvet, I live in Australia and I am used to the heat but it was so hot and the windows only opened a couple of inches it was impossible to sleep. Will not be staying at a premier again. Was not offered anything back when we told them we hadn't slept properly for 4 nights!!
Location was good and quiet, staff friendly and helpful, and the room bright and clean.
It was fiercely hot outside and there is no air conditioning, but we had 2 fans in our room, but it was still hot...Not the hotels fault though.
Hotel very adequate clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful
Service atrocious eg thirty minutes plus for a poached egg and asked to order before sitting at table let alone seeing the menu. Next evening service even worse when barmaid asked if I wanted the penny change ( no I didn't) and walked off because her nose was bleeding and on her return when asked where the rest of the order was. She was very stroppy. Also appeared to "bully" another member of staff. Ordered white wine and was given whatever was open without asking which one I would like. And offered no glass with a bottle of lager. Building throughout shabby and dirty with cupboard doors hanging off and some one whome I assume worked in the kitchen schlepping around in a t shirt shorts and bare feet. Shall not be returning
Location, kindness of the staff
The double bed size was small compared to the room size, therefore it was a litle bit unconfortable.
Staff were really friendly and helpful
Room was ridiculously hot and no air-con. Staff did their best by having fans on but just pushed the heat round
The locality of the hotel and the ease of the car park, hotel and pub. We always feel very secure in this area. It is a very quiet location too.
Nothing really. even the bedrooms were of a comfortable temperature as they had switched on the fans for us before we arrived, Very thoughtful.
Previously uncertain about room sizes as needed a double, single and space for travel cot. The room we had was on the ground floor, huge and had shower over bath. Also included a fan in room which was great as the weather was very hot. Staff friendly and helpful.
Paid more for a larger room but other accommodation in the area offered a cheaper stay with breakfast included in price.
Temperature of room. Fans very noisey. Maybe the use to stain bladeless fans would be better.
quiet location although nearby main road, close to railway station, steam museum
some of the cleaning stuff probably shutting the doors too loud early in the morning 4:30am, very thin walls
I liked the room and it was very clean
It just seemed when you asked staff for something it was to much off an effort for them
Large towels Good breakfast choice Friendly staff
Very expensive room rate compared to other Swindon hotels. Unsafe hair dryer - I have long hair and it actually sucked in my hair into the vent. Very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom
Comfortable bed and room was quiet.
Had to go outside and walk across car park to get to restaurant . This should have been flagged.
only 1 chair window noisy with wind
Independent heating controls for room
Uncomfortable bed in room 50 could feel springs in the mattress so didn't sleep very well.
Receptionist very helpful
Room was cold. Price was high - not like the advertised £29
Helpful Staff Cleanliness
Convenient for restaurant at the same location without going into town. However, the Brewers's fayre was not as good as the Beefeater in Premier Inn, Harrow, London.
The bed was not comfortable. I could not sleep properly.
The receptionist Steven: helpful and friendly - but unfortunately he was there only on two days out of 5
On arrival: one towel instead of two; one bedside lamp not working;next day: room was not made, dirty cups not removed, no tea bags supplied; next day:cleaning cloth left on the table - the worst Premier Inn I've so far experienced!
No wifi available due to their technical issue
Bed Bathroom Location Very clean Helpful staff
No room phone No breakfast in bed, to have a brekkie you needed to go across the road
very friendly stuff and also very helpful. TV in my first room doesn't work, they changed the room immediately, also it was already midmight. Good breakfast
friendly staff on reception
Polite and helpful staff. Large bedroom with a large, firm bed. Also provide a big desk, armchair and side table. Bathroom is a good size. Good quality continental breakfast.
The Hotel Chain have a 'Good Night' promise which offers you a choice of pillows. I lined up all four pillows, on the bed, and they were all the same size. I didn't sleep well. Very noisy bathroom fan.
