The beds are brilliant nice sized room with all you need
Leaving the bed
The room was excellent, large, comfortable and well equipped.
Breakfast wasn't very good; 1 member of staff for a very busy Sunday service, coffee was very stewed. The food, when it arrived, was reasonable though.
near to where my relative lives.
no proper wheelchair access to the restaurant.
The restaurant was not too the same standard as Premier Inn
Hotel,staff and location
Unacceptable noise and behaviour of other residence that made myself and especially my children feel threatened and disturbed due to lack of onsite security that could have removed offending residence quickly !
Staff very helpful
The rooms were to warm ,fan did not really help ,lots of noise upstairs not really under your control but didn't help and a mattress on the floor is not really good for a family room
Very helpful staff delivering extra fans and apologising for a problem their guests have all the time - they believe due to the insulation of the building. Fabulous beds. Lovely bathroom. Great shower. Size of room excellent.
Very hot. The room was 23.5 degrees on arrive. After a nights' sleep with the window open and two fans on all night the temperature was 24.9 degrees. It was not a warn night with average temperatures for early October. This was the coldest weekend for months.
the helpful reception staff
I booked a disabled room but could not use the shower as I was like many others unable to get in the bath the food in restaurant was good but we were put in the bar area for our evening meal and the service and help from staff was poor
Friendly, polite staff, large, comfortable bed.
Not enough disabled parking spaces. Too far to walk along corridor to room for disabled person.
Staff were very good. Food at the Cold Harbour pub was very good, staff good humoured and attentive.
Beds are very firm, would be nice to have the choice of a topper to make a more comfortable night.
The room the big bed the clean fresh linen the counter staff all good very professional when you ask a question they answer the hotel is everything I've come to expect from premier inn refreshing
That awful cold harbour your dining is utterly dismal the staff were incompetent and scant however the breakfast staff were better so not a total loss
Staff were very welcoming and attentive Price was good Bed was excellent
The room and hotel generally were tired and a bit worn down I judge cleanliness by the bathroom and there is black mould in grout between tiles. This is very difficult to remove, but it can be done with HG Mould spray. Took me twenty years to find that little gem!
Attitude of staff
Place is a little tired and needs an upgrade
The extras like a sheet on the bed in case of hot weather plus Adam rang me earlier on the day of my stay to check on requirements Very professional
Having to pay for wi-fi
This hotel is getting tired and in need of major refurb. No air conditioning leaves the rooms unbearably hot, and although a fan was provided, it made little difference. The room rate is too high for the facilities. Cold Harbour pub next door struggles to cope with custom and long wait for food.
Stayed here as I was taking part in an event nearby and this was te closest hotel available. Staff were excellent and hotel was very clean, attatched restaurant was very good food and beer. It is out of town but swindon dogs is just across the road and was very quite at night time!
Beds where very good nice and big.
Needs a refurb. in the bathroom and no aircon.
Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and a fan was provided due to very hot weather which was essential.
Bathroom looking a bit tired and in need of upgrading.
Good location as a stopover.
Given room with one double bed for 4 people. Receptionist moved us to another room and had to make up beds while we watched him! Quite old hotel. No AC though fans provided.
Good location for RIAT.
Service in the Restaurant was slow, food however was very good
pub with garden area & great menu right next door was the added extra that made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Good location for our purpose.
Booked a family room on line and got a double that seemed to be set up for single occupancy, I.e. One towel and one tea bag! To be fair this was quickly rectified by the friendly staff.
Good sized family room
Could do with updating.
Great location for my Triathlon, Comfortable Bed, quiet night.
Location Pub next door Access from main road Ease to check out at 4am!
