Staff were excellent! Room size great. Bed very comfortable and large.
Room was very warm. Shower pressure wasn't t the best.
Very friendly and cheerful in a professional manner.
The location, staff, facilities and cleanliness were great,
The time we stayed there was something wrong with heating as our room was like a furnace and me and my 8 month old baby were up most of the night, I felt unwell the next day dye to this. I gave stayed here previously with no problems so know this was a one off!
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and how helpful the staff was. I just wish there was a telephone in the room and air condition. overall it was great, I'll definitely visit again.
Loved the room.
Quality of staff while changing booking and anxiety caused due to payments card issue. Poor response to anxiety
Room was ready when we arrived Quick check in Helpful Staff
Location of room - window onto entrance not good with sleeping children.
Location was fantastic and the rooms were really comfy! My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was well worth it.
Location was very convenient for visiting Drayton Manor. Breakfast at Beefeaters was just the job for the kids aged 3 and 4. Room was quiet.
Pleasant and helpful staff .
Flashing light on the fire system disturbed my sleep .
Staff were fabulous, very helpful. Couldn't fault any part of our stay
Location Clean The check in staff Ruth was very pleasant Breakfast in beef eaters were fantastic
No free wifi
Great location for Thomas Land. We stayed 2 nights with our 3 year old & 7 month old. Staff very helpful, clean hotel & plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel has a quiet after 10pm policy which is great when travelling with children.
After a lengthy drive through some terrible weather to head south, the welcome was fab, the staff were attentive and friendly and the room was ideal. Thoughtful of hours keeping not to only put the fan in the room but to have it already on so it was cool and comfortable. All staff we met in both P.I and neighbouring Beefeater were outstanding. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Easy to find off the M6 and Drayton Manor only minutes drive away.
We had an unfortunate dinner experience the second night but it was dealt with efficiently and with exceptional service. Certainly didn't put us off. Laurie our waiter is a credit to the team.
Staff were very friendly & helpful, we were travelling with small children & the room was perfect for us all.
very clean rooms
rooms where too hot but they did supply a fan.
LOCATION FOR THOMASLAND WAS GREAT. SHOPPING CENTRE JUST ACROSS THE ROAD EXCELLENT
WOULD OF LIKED A SMALL FRIDGE IN THE ROOM
South African Guy on reception on Sunday 3rd August was very good the others were good as well.
No play area for kids. Beefeater was a bit expensive. Very slow service in evenings. Breakfasts were good
Very comfortable beds. Well designed room with hair dryer drawer lots of hanging room. Loved large TV and good sized towels good quality towels. Would definitely use hotel again.
Windows weren't that clean and front reception
The beds were so comfortable and myself and my family had an excellent sleep, the staff were very friendly and were only a 5 minute drive from drayton manor which was the reason we were in tamworth.
Location, staff, breakfast, restaurant staff - all excellent.
FRIENDLY STAFF! CLEAN! We have stayed in this hotel on the 2nd August before going to Drayton Manor! We have booked it thru booking.com and they have booked us a disable room for a family of 4! they have got the room wrong! apparently booking.com does this on a regular basis! likely the staff were very friendly and gave us another family room! we were very lucky as it was the last one!
Breakfast is very expensif! 6.25 pp and not enough selection! We would have been better off if we have bought our croissants from Sainsbury!
We arrived and got we're checked in very quickly, which was a great relief with 2 young children who were tired. We went to the room and there was a fan set up which was great as it was really warm. Went for dinner which, although a little slow (as it was very busy), was delicious. We all slept well, breakfast was lovely and would definitely come back.
Restaurant was a bit slow but our server was excellent.
Litter every where. No food due to referbishment which I wasn't told about when I booked
Nothing,everything was 1st class.
The quality of the food and service in the restaurant was poor.
