It was perfect for our needs and had a lovely big bath
Clean, staff excellent, quiet
Duvet too thick kept me awake all night as too hot
There was a problem with our booking via booking.com. I had two phone calls to try to alleviate problems before our arrival. Unfortunately this hadn't updated on your system so when I arrived the same problem existed (single occupancy when a triple room had been booked and paid for). Jason did everything he could to help and even dashed upstairs to check putting the heating up as I said it was chilly in the foyer. What a sweetie. He offered to take our bags, could not have been more polite or helpful. It was a busy night for checking in and could probably done with 2 people on check in. He telephoned the restaurant to confirm our booking as it was a Friday night and we were tired and hungry. Superstar
The restaurant was noisy, we waited 35 mins on top of our confirmed arrival time and the food was not good. The service there too was friendly and helpful.
We liked everything about this hotel. Had dinner in Beefeater which was great too. Keep up this standard of accommodation.
decor of the room - very pleasant bathroom - modern very clean helpful staff great breakfast good location fantastic price
bed - so squishy it was like a waterbed when you turned shower - very weak, not a power shower
Good value for money, clean and comfortable
Beds too firm
the staff go that extra mile at this hotel. even down to helping with the bags..
the "free wifi" is only for 30 mins that's poor in these days of free wifi on buses and in cafes, also as a disabled user it should be noted there is a long walk from the car blue badge bays to the reception. BUT these are minor discomforts, so on balance its good value.
Was our children's first experience of a hotel and, in particular, our 7 year old loved it. The staff on the whole were excellent and friendly.
Upon arrival late at night the night reception was away and wasn't best pleased that I'd followed the sign's instruction to press and hold the bell! Also as booked through Booking.com they had no record of the children staying with us - fortunately there was a room but its a common problem apparently - despite a very professional call a week before from the hotel confirming all out details!
Glean and tidy, close to Tamworth centre
Comfy, clean and good value
Nothing to complain about.
Staff were helpful location was ideal for Drayton manor and with a beefeater next door was ideal no need to try and find food in a unfamiliar place when it's right next door. The all you can eat breakfast was ideal for the kids as option of continental or English caters for all types.
As we didn't book a table we had to wait hour and half andthe the portions were a bit small for the price. But this just may have been a off night
Location and bed
The road noise is loud, but the double glazing cuts most out, just ask for a room not facing the dual carriageway.
The on-site Beefeater Grill was a disaster. Could only offer us a table for 9pm, when we turned up at 9 we were told no food would arrive at our table before 10pm. We left and went for a late Nando's (with two very tired and hungry kids).
clean bathroom large TV on wall lots of electric sockets illuminated mirror on wardrobe full length mirror in room bowed shower rail to give more room in shower
paying for wifi draughty windows ground floor room at front of hotel, so could hear suitcase wheels of many nocturnal arrivals/departures & smell smoke of smokers outside front door of hotel
Location staff and restaurant were great
Uncomfortable beds, could here everything outside our family room while trying to sleep
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for Thomas land. Room was value for money.
Lack of free wifi. Bed could have been more comfortable. Beefeater food poor, staff disgustingly rude, slow and unenthusiastic. one waitress even called a customer thick infront of us.
While we didn't have a good stay, the staff were very nice. Staff should not inform guests of a good night sleep guaranteed! when this is impossible to guarantee.
The heat in the room was terrible, it was not possible to control the heat, at night time it was so hot it was uncomfortable and the day was chilly. This is obviously ongoing problem as there was a fan in the room, in December and we used it. There is no ventilation or air conditioning. All of this made it a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We also chose the quiet zone for a good night sleep, the noise from 5am for 2 mornings was like thunder with what sounded like child continually jumping from a bed onto the floor above us.
We particularly liked the attached beefeater and the staff there were absolutely brilliant.
I had a good night sleep at the premier in , all was as to be expected
The service at the beefeater resteraunt was appalling, I have emailed the premier inn twice now to complain and had no reply either time.
Very warm room
Location, clean, breakfast!
Long wait for our meal Thursday evening...
premier inn honour their guarantee well done for turning round a problem
Noise and heat but to be fair premier inn honoured their promise.
Food in restaurant was lovely. Fish and chips were excellent.
Firstly the size of the bed was quite small. I noticed there were loads of spiders and webs outside on the facia boards, needs cleaning as the building outside was over run with them. Not sure how this group can offer a guaranteed night sleep, was woken at 5.30 to kids shouting and stomping around. I did complain to reception, but was fobbed off. Will not stay again. Thought the 94.00 with breakfast was overpriced.
