location,breakfast had a very good selection. reception staff.

Bed was to hard. Room was to hot and if you opened the window it was to noisy. beefeater staff didn,t want to be there. Evening meal was poor.

The lady who greeted us at reception had a trainee receptionist with her and was very supportive with the trainee but also extremely welcoming with us. She spoke with our 2 children with warmth and interest and then found out it was our youngest child's birthday the following day. The next morning a birthday card was put under our door from the staff and at breakfast staff at the beefeater brought 2 balloons over to our boys! It was a really nice touch and we very much appreciated it. Thank you.

The service in the restaurant was not up to much the lady that served us for tea was lovely and although it was busy meals took ages to come out, breakfast was another thing very very slow and not that brill when it came.

Ease of booking and registering. Plenty of parking and neat and tidy gardens Cleanliness was superb. Food facility next door was excellent.

I booked a room for the disabled and in common with other hotels, Premier seem to think that disabled means lowering everything. I have severe arthritis and was unable to get off the bed or the loo without assistance because they were much too low. The bed would also seem to have had its day because it was extremely uncomfortable, much too soft and bouncy. There was plenty of room for me to be wheeled around.

i started with my mother, young sister and my son. we had a wonderful stay and we were extremely comfortable, looked after and welcomed. we would certainly stay again.

I was only there for a few hours. it was mainly a place to eat and sleep - ideal for what I wanted. I have stayed there on a number of occasions and enjoued myself every time.

No negatives.

We were told that we were making to much noise , when we thought we booked a family room with children that a little bit of noise was expected ! the noise was the children walking around the room . We also payed for the use of wifi which didn't work and got no help from the receptionist .

Location was ideal,as described in the description. Excellent breakfast,grandchildren throughly enjoyed experience.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and had plenty of room for a family. My request for a ground floor room was met as I have a double buggy. Room was very good value for money.

On a main road. No Earl Grey tea although I realise you cannot have every type of tea. TV in room was very large

nothing was too much trouble for reception food in beefeater was v good and service so was breakfast in the morning rooms were v clean a lovely place to stay especially if visiting the snowdome as v convenient

Post code for hotel incorrect causing confusion with sat nav, ie, street in two halves divided by a large roundabout, but have the same post code. ?

The member of staff on reception was extremely helpful!

The first room given was freezing cold & the heating broken

the staff were lovely and very helpful the lady on reception is a real assett to your hotel the breakfast staff were excellent .

The room was pokey and small. Bathroom not clean. facilities i.e. restaurant unclean crockery. under cooked breakfast sub standard wont stay again

Staff very efficient and friendly; Room very clean and tidy; Location very easy to find, and plenty of parking; Room modern and had nice touches - e.g. lit mirror in main room; good shower; very comfortable bed.

not much - room had single glazing, and sound from outside (residential area) was noticeable, but not obtrusive.

The staff were amazingly helpful and professional and I cannot fault the rooms. The breakfast on the morning was exceptional as were the staff in the restaurant.

The shower in room 120, no good. We had to run a bath, I found the water flow really slow.

Location was a bonus of this hotel

The breakfast serve was a huge let down, there was very little control over thr restaurant. We had to wait over an hour to receive my 4 item cooked breakfast there were childdren and adults playing on the floor next to our table non of the staff asked them to get up from the floor. On leaving our room in the morning we noticed the one of the entrance door glass has been smashed through the nighg we have sayed st the Tamworth central before, never had breakfast tho. Will try another hotel for fruture bookings from now on
