The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff
Paying for Wifi
Friendly efficient staff, Clean room does what it says on the tin!
Stayed downstairs and the noise level of people above our room thudding on the floor was irritating.
The staff was very nice, ens the Ness were excellent
Generally good with helpful staff
noisy air fans / poor temperature control
Staff were warm and friendly.
No Decaffinated Coffee in room. No shaver point in Bathroom
I was disappointed that Wi fi was not free. You have to have it for the business and it is at a fixed price. I don't know how you can charge for this extra. This should come in with the price of the rooms.
The room was very comfortable sleeping 2 adults and 2 grandchildren age 3 and 5 which were over the moon with the beds.Location was good for travel to Drayton Manor Theme park.
The only thing that had nothing to do with Premier inn was the restaurant Table Table it was very busy but the service was lousy and expensive,we have eaten at Fayre and Square by premier inns and spent about £15 less for the same meals.
Staff food and cleanliness were excellent
A certain bar man was very rude, I'll leave it at that
Staff at breakfast could of been more attentive - taking orders/ topping up juice etc
Friendly staff (apart from one miserable bar man), rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable, food was very good with great deals at certain times for kids and mothers to eat free
Location wasn't great, it's just off a motorway but the taxis were cheap enough so wasn't too bothered about that.. One of the bar men in the restaurant/bar was so rude when ordering food/drink, he even rolled his eyes at my sister in law when she asked could she have fries with her dinner instead of rice, he never smiled and told the kids to sit down any time they stood up, maybe it was a bad time of the month for him.. All other staff were lovely by the way.
Loved the location, was easy to find and close to main roads without being noisy, as its laid back from the road its also surrounded by trees so that you feel you are in the country. We were very impressed with all the staff, particularly the reception lady who greeted us, and assisted in booking taxis as we were attending a wedding nearby. The restaurant staff and food were also very impressive. I stay in Premier Inns on a regular basis with work and have stayed all over the country, I can honestly say this is one of the best if not the best. Thank you
The staff couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble.
Easy to find and good food next door
Not much near by
Restaurant food superb and very helpful staff
2nd single bed in the family for 4 room was as hard as a table
Tricky to locate
Lovely warm welcome. Very comfortable room. Excellent
all good staff thankyou
The location The staff The room The standards The restaurant
The noise of traffic There was no telephone in the room One of the single beds was very hard
The reception staff were very helpful, the adjoining restaurant was very nice and good value. The only issue we had was finding it as its hidden away off a roundabout on an industrial estate! Some more signs would have been helpful. Also with another Premier Inn so close (3 miles away!) Its confusing which one you're meant to be at! We went to the wrong one first and according to the receptionist we were far from being the first to do that! In fact there was another gentleman who had just arrived who was meant to be at the other one! More definition between the 2 is required I think. However having stayed at a Best Western hotel in Maypole Birmingham the night after, we realised how spoilt we had actually been at the Premier Inn the night before!
Lack of directions :(
Location is good for Drayton Manor Park
Bed was very uncomfortable, room was cramped and the road noise even with triple glazing was not good. So much so we asked for our money back under the good night sleep guarantee! Still waiting for the money!!!! Stayed in many a Premier Inn and this was the worst we have ever stayed in.
We stayed to visit thomas land which was only a ten min drive. Everything was absolutely fine. Clean room pleasant staff. We will definitely use it again
Very close to Drayton Manor/Thomasland. Convenient to find - just off motorway from Birmingham airport 30 minute drive away.
