The staff where absolutely fabulous and couldn't do enough for us, both in the hotel and the pub next door at breakfast time. I will definitely recommend to family and friends .M. Hopes
The place was nice and clean and comfortable, staff are all very nice and pleasent, we stayed for two nights, the breakfast which was good value for money, we will definitely stay there again.
Decor, staff, ease of stay and booking in. Peaceful nights sleep
Tired and shabby beefeater attached although the food was good
Modern comfy rooms with lovely beds and bedding. 2 single beds in family room for children, nice and near reception, clean and quiet. Lovely breakfast at Beefeater next door, kids eat free
Rather small bathroom but adequate
Very clean and staff were lovely
More tea bags! ;)
THE QUALITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION - VERY COMFORTABLE BED.
Easy access from motorway, clean, modern
Zero athomsphere. "Family room" is barely suited for two adults and one kid. For the second kid they squeeze in a poor quality sofa bed and there is literally zero space between the four beds. Matrasses are of the kind that if your partner in the double bed moves, you move with him/her too and all moves on the matrass make quite some noice. The latter is even more true for the sofa bed. We had a terrible night and hardly slept. Breakfast is so-so and not in the same premises, but in a nearby (90 sec. walk) Beefeater restaurant. Location: in the middle of nowhere, nearest restaurants (except for the Beefeater) 10 min. walk.
Rooms clean, comfy beds
Rooms desperately need air conditioning. We stayed when it was only 21 degrees outside, was 26 in room at night and was too hot. Hilton rooms at similar price have it. Also linked beefeater restaurant next door is awful, shockingly bad food and lacklustre service, at least one table went home whilst waiting for food for over 30 mins - lucky them. Breakfast slightly better but we were starving by then.
Comfort, cleanliness and standard of customer service unbeatable.
Expensive for one night, but booking was very late notice.
Convenient, clean, good size room even for a family of four, friendly and helpful staff
The beds were great, the shower powerful, staff friendly, helpful when our little two year old was ill with bedding etc. Gave us extra teabags when asked. bathroom very clean. Easy to find and good location, quiet room too. Thank you
Staff knocked on door to tell us we'd left our car lights on! Major drama averted.
The restaurant is a bit shabby, dark and gloomy even on a bright sunny morning. Breakfast was mediocre, the croissants were burnt, but cooked breakfast was fine. No loo in lobby, have to go round block to the restaurant unless go up to your room
This is one of the newly refurbished Premier Inn - so bigger telly and less purple decor!
Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay just off M5. Beefeater restaurant next door for breakfast.
Handily placed near the M5 and recently refurbished to a very high standard.
Supposed to be free wifi for a limited time but we found none. No phone on room so impossible to contact reception as mobile had no signal in the room, although there was a good one in the car park. Two tea bags supplied and no biscuits, clearly in order to persuade people to buy from the vending machine in the foyer. Basically an excellent package ruined by penny pinching. The old saying about spoiling the ship for a hapath of tar. We wouldn't stay again.
Friendly staff, clean and smart room, very comfortable bed.we had a lovely dinner at the adjoining pub and the breakfast was excellent.
Havnt to book for two days when only one needed, its a con!
I didn't like the fact that the website said the hotel was 5 mins from the venue......which was inaccurate....
Ease of access from M5 Choice of food at breakfast As I travelled with an 11 year old it was nice to be able to take a drink from the pub back to the room as we arrived late and he was tired, even though it's not attached.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as other Premier Inns I have stayed in. Also I seemed to be able to hear a lot of noise from other rooms which I've never noticed before when staying at Premier Inns
The warm friendly welcome I always recieve when I arrive. The Beefeater next door very handy, Maxine is exceptionally good at breakfast, always remembers me. Knowing that it will always be the same, friendly, clean, welcoming
If only there was a lift for the 1st floor rooms
There was an annoying loud hum from a cupboard adjacent to the room (number 1 on the ground floor)
Staff were very friendly & helpful
Not a thing
Ideal in every respect for our brief stopover - convenient, clean & comfortable with extremely helpful staff.
Recently refurbished. Very clean
Bed too short!
Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Comfortable room Cleanliness
No drawers to put belongings in. I had to leave things in my suitcase.
