Score from 133 reviews Very good
Very comfortable beds, nice rooms, quiet location, friendly staff, plenty of bath towels and they were a good size! Parking very easy, was able to have ground floor rooms.
Everything was very nice -no complaints at all
Clean room, friendly, helpful staff Restaurant right next to hotel. Easy to get to international centre from there.
Bit expensive for a hotel only one step up from a travel lodge? Room was way to warm and air con didnt work.
Room spotless Staff friendly Room modern and up to date
Clean and tidy! Comfortable bed! Great breakfast in the morning! Did exactly what it said on the tin
Would have liked to have checked in earlier but understand the logistics as to why this couldn't happen
The room was very clean and crisp. The staff were very attentive and polite.
The guests up above our room seemed heavy footed and they seemed to go to the loo, walk around about 5am.
The fact they gave me and my fiancé a disabled room, also, I booked the rooms with breakfast for all five of us, only to be told on Sunday that only 2 had been payed for, when I complained to the waitress she told me and my family to leave the restaurant, I will never book premier inn again, absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated.
Smallish room for a family
Comfortable bed with quality linen. Air conditioning Welcoming staff Spotlessly clean
Nice easy access location for the places we was going to visit , very clean and family rooms nice big size
Only fault was the toilet was very hard to flush myself as I suffer with dexterity problems and my younger children also struggled
We use Premier Inn's because they are clean and are always sure of a good night's sleep. The staff are very helpful and cheerful
Helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Reasonable room rate
Room slightly scruffy. Uncomfortable bed. Too hot
The rooms were too hot
Staff very good and helpful. Everything very good except the price! [£75 for one room for one night]
The Brewers Fayre next door. Inexperienced staff behind bar taking food orders and waitressing. Poor service. Expensive breakfasts. Manager did very well trying to keep things going....she was v. good, but I've been to better Brewer's Fayres.
The beds were comfortable. The advert was really true! We have 1 double bed and 2 singles perfect for our family. Very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were very accomodating
The button to flush the toilet is hard to push. We all struggle to flush the toilet each time especially my son.
Cleanliness could not be faulted, neither the staff,so polite ,helpful ,pleasant and professional.Well done.
My room was very quiet, and I liked the notices in the corridor reminding guests that it was a quiet zone. Very comfortable bed, sufficient storage space and pleasant staff. For a couple with two kids it would be very good value.
This probably doesn't apply to most guests, but I don't do well with duvets outside high winter - they are simply too warm for me. I asked if they could supply a couple of ordinary blankets. What arrived was a couple of standard sheets, which were on the light side. I like something in between. I don't think actual blankets were available. Otherwise, no complaints, and this comment probably doesn't apply to 95% of guests.
The receptionist was extremely nice and very helpful
Not too big and close to town centre
ALL staff were extremely attentive and nothing was of any trouble.
Extra tea, etc. was good. Room was quite spacious. TV good but a bit small. 30 mins WiFi would have been handy but should be 60 minutes really. Problems with the heating did not cause a problem
Access to MacDonald was poor and dangerous with no footpath. My wife fell the value for money was good at New Year I felt it was a bit expensive for what we got at £60 pnpp
Quiet, clean and comfy beds.
Breakfast was expensive, slow and not very good when it did arrive. If staying here again I'd go to the mcdonalds next door for breakfast.
Coffe/tea facilities, comfortable bed.
Smell of newly applied paint
reception staff very helpful
Third day room cleaning was missed obviously accidentally but we had no complaint about that
