Hotel staff extremely friendly and attentive. Room very clean, effectively and unobtrusively serviced, with large comfortable bed and bedding. Modern family pub conveniently located for a reasonably priced night cap. Good choice of freeview channels. Tea & coffee facilities in room, bottle opener etc. Bathroom good. Overall, very good levels of comfort, cleanliness and service for a hotel of this price bracket - Good value and would use again. Food in pub was not good although the breakfast was okay - Would recommend eating in Tewkesbury. Old tv. Perhaps too many bits of Premier Inn literature cluttering the room such as a large Brewers Fayre menu on the bedside table. Room modernised but a little drab (old artex). Some truck noise with window open.

It was quiet excellent with only one minor thing, only two coffee sachets and one tea bag in the room. Not much really but we all enjoy a coffee or tea in the mornings and evenings. We have spent some years staying at Travel Lodges, however, Premiere have become our favourite now, They are far superior to Travel Lodge. Well done. Excellent location, easy to find and convenient for the motorway and surrounding area. Room clean, warm and good selection in restaurant - plenty to choose from on the menu/buffet nights and excellent breakfast. Very good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would have been useful to have a lift as we had several items of luggage to carry upstairs.

This was just a 2 level motel of no exception. We stayed at b&b all over the uk and thought we would try this style of accomodation to see how it stacked up. They honoured there garrantee policy. The room was stuffy and hot and there was no way to cool it down without opening the window and listening to the noise from the motorway. The pillows were too soft and smothering which didn't help with the discomfort already mentioned. For the price there are better places in the uk which include breakfast as well.

We have not stayed in a Premier Inn before, but we were both very impressed; our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were chatty and welcoming. The food choice for breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was excellent, and again all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to use your facilities again in the spring, and have no hesitation in recommending the Premier. Many thanks for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Irene and Ray Brotherton

Difficult to criticise for an economy hotel. The staff in both the hotel area and bar/restaurant were attentive and friendly. The hotel room was quiet (excellent sound-proofing). We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

More facilities at reception eg. Faster computers/ printers. The service at reception was very slow, leading to queues. This isn't the receptionists fault as she has not got the correct equipment.

Close to M5 as a stop over on our way to Devon. Very clean and modern. Good value for money. Noisy at the back near the car park at 9a.m. when the pub re-stocked - we were up but would have have been woken if we were having a lie-in.

The availability of the Staff. The close proximity of somewhere to get something to eat and the close proximity to the Town centre, whilst still being in a fairly quite location, though it was near to the main road for ease of access

The hotel is neat, staff friendly and perfect for a short stay. It's conveniently located near the town center and the motorway. It has a restaurant next door. They could offer free wi-fi and a small bottle of water... :o)
