The beautiful, half-timbered Bell is across the street from Tewkesbury Abbey. It has a friendly bar and restaurant and cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms, some offering views of the Abbey.

Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Queries dealt with pleasantly and promptly.
Near a noisy road so couldn't have the window open. I have to say that I did know about the location beforehand.
It was clean and the staff on reception were pleasant and helpful
Solo female travellers according to the brochure are NEVER allocated rooms on the ground floor or at the end of corridors - my room was both. The brochure also states a certain brand of shower gel /soap is provided - it was something entirely different. Quite a lot of road noise.
Very efficient check in, large room and though the Brewers Fayre looked dubious it was great value for money, fast service and very friendly staff.
Having to keep the door shut to the windowless bathroom to ensure steam did not upset the smoke alarm. Result over time was a damp smelling bathroom. Car park could be noisy but the double glazing was efficient.
The TV was good and a good size
We were in a disabled room and everything was too low. I have a bad back and hip so this wasn't acceptable for me.
Small Double Bed, with uncomfortable mattress.
We were visiting friends in Tewkesbury for the weekend and wanted somewhere convenient and relatively inexpensive to stay, given we would be away most of the day. The Premier Inn is on the edge of town, close to the M5, clean, very comfy beds, quiet and superb value for money for a family of 4. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast next door was also very good for the price. Would stay again.
We were travelling as as family of 8 adults and 2 children. I rang early on the day of arrival to ask if we could possibly have one of our rooms available for us to change for a family wedding . I spoke to a young lady called Zoe who was most obliging, she said that she would do her very best to make one available . We arrived at 10.30am after a long journey to find two of our rooms ready. Well done Zoe. It was a good start to a lovely weekend . Hotel and service excellent .
Having stayed in Premium Inns before I knew what to expect and that I would be comfortable and my room would be clean and the staff would be friendly.
Having been on a gluten free diet recently I sometimes wish that the menu at the nearby bar/restaurant would have a few more healthy options.
Staff rude, too hot and noisy
Nothing SEND YOUR STAFF TO THE PREMIER AT CANNOCK FOR RETRAINING ( OR IS IT TRAINING? )
One towel Had to ask TWICE to get ground floor room TWO sachets of coffee per day Attitude of reception staff
The comfort of the bed, nice crisp white linen. Everything Lenny said in the tv add.
It was a very hot and stormy weekend but the room had no air conditioning and was quite unbearable and although a small fan was in the room you had to sit right in front of it. So bring on the air conditioning x
Friendliness of staff on reception. Very helpfull when I had internet access problems which was down to a nationwide fault.
The room had not been dusted on top of mirrors etc for a very long time. And this was also found to be the case in the Brewers Fayre next door where we had breakfast, where the ledges were very dusty and walls had food on them in the areas that we sat.
The room was very expensive at a cost of £211.00 for a 2 nights stay. I ask the receptionist why and she said it was because of the air show and the festival. I will not be booking into this hotel again
The spacious comfortable room
The restaurant evening my wife had avery dubious tough sirloin?? Steak?
My husband has mobility difficulties and the hotel and Brewer's Fayre were excellent.
Website should offer option of ground floor rooms- don't need to be wheelchair accessible just not up stairs
The food was terrible. My colleague had something in her portion, something like a hair.
Very friendly staff. Good clean and comfortable accommodation. Close to travel routes.
Room very good, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast selection was excellent. All I would want. Good spaces in car park. Very convenient for me being just off the M5.
No telephone for reception contact. I forgot my alarm clock so had no available alarm call. Very warm in room therefore needed window open all night which gave me a very early traffic noise wake up. Hobsons choice!
The room was clean and quiet and spacious. There was plenty of hot water in the morning.
The room was very warm and the aircon couldn't keep up.
Room clean,fresh,nice shower
no fridge, not many drawers to put clothes in.
Very pleasant service from male receptionist.
The quality and standards you expect from Premier Inn. Staff very helpful.
The restaurant next door. Made to wait 45 mins for breakfast even when seated and restaurant not busy. Food arrived not cooked properly. Staff don't seem to care about doing a good job.
Standard enough for one night.
I thought that I would get the room for £29 but it cost £67 you need to adjust your advert on television. I also wanted to pay cash but I had to produce a photo card , which I didn't have on me and my debit card would not suit. This is something else you should adjust.
Quiet, clean place, freindly staff easy to find.
