Efficient check-in and friendly service

The poor quality of breakfasts being offered at the adjoining services

Pleasant, very helpful staff. Vouchers for breakfast £10 of food for £7.50. Good for 1 or 2 night stay no longer.

Bathrooms a bit tired in need of upgrading. Stained sofa bed to sleep on. service station food expensive, drinks especially. not too much choice if you don't like Mc Donalds.

Large clean comfortable room

Only on north bound carriageway when I was going south.

The manager, Chris Gilbert, was excellent. Great customer service, very friendly and remembered why we were staying there. His staff member on duty when we arrived was very good too sorting out food vouchers for the roadchef and other queries we had about the room.

Lack of an onsite breakfast was disappointing, although it was available at the Motorway Services.

It was like any normal service station hotel except it was spotless and surprisingly the staff were extremely welcoming.I find alot with services hotels that the staff are dull and come accross like they would rather be somewhere else but there was a nice young foreign girl working the main desk and she was bubbly and very good at her job. We stayed for two nights as normally i travel alone for work but on this occassion i took my fiancee and kids and they were in the hotel while the room was cleaned and she said the cleaner was also very friendly and excelent at her job.

I couldnt possibly have a complaint as overall it was excelent.

The staff were very helpful and polite. It would be realy helpful if your sign was on the big motorway signs so people know you are there. Rather than wait untill they enter the service area. All in all a very plesant stay and yes I will keep you in mind next time I am traveling

The card key system is rubbish we had to keep getting a new card key as it keept failing.

Staff were very helpful and went out of thier way to find our young children a local fun park. They rang the park on our behalf to check opening hours and printed off a load of leaflets while we were having our breakfast.

Conveinient and value for money.

Reception was very friendly, both in the evening on arrival and next morning when we departed. The room was clean, reasonable size and functional for our needs , a quick stop over . Location on the service station is not really some where for a romantic weekend but is ideal for a sleep over on route . Accommodation for the dogs was the other main reason we chose this hotel

Asked for a room change because the first one smelt musty and horrid and the seal around the bath was black and mouldy in places.If I could have checked out after that first 2 mins I would have!! This was not possible as I was meeting my partner there and as we were traveling from different directions and he was already en route it would have meant a complete change of plans. The second room smelt slightly better...but still the decor was old and dated and the corridor to this room was uncarpeted, just tiled so that as people walked along outside it echoed. The room walls were extremely thin and the door was not a snug fit such that you could not only overhear conversations of people in the corridor, you could hear every breath they took!!! The windows were not double glazed and the room faced the motorway, consequently the traffic noise was extreme. The net curtain at the window was grey as opposed to white and stopped 2 inches short of the bottom of the window.......so little privacy!! No air-con in the room. The towels were equally off-white and uninviting. The bathroom was shoddy: the floor was 'quishy' underfoot - hate to think of the state beneath the floorcovering, a mis-matched tile was evident on the bath surround - so bad - the cold water tap did not function properly, you had to turn it twice before any water came out. No soap in the dispenser..the disappointing list goes on......I Was embarrassed when my partner turned up, to take him to the room. :-(

Friendly and helpful staff, everything was as expected pretty much, any complaints I might have would be petty. The bath was very good, the temperature gauge on the taps was quite nice-hadnt seen it before, and it wasnt a hassle to change between shower and taps as it is often is with budget hotel bathrooms. The room seemed very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Only one member of staff working at both times I visited reception (evening and morning) both times they were away assisting someone so I had to wait a little bit. Its such a small thing, but biscuits in the room with tea making facilities is always very welcome.

Convenient location and quick check-in. Large room with spare bed made up even though I didnt ask for it

Difficult to review-cold and clinical. Noisy due to M5-the double glazing needs to be thicker ! New carpet but cheap and without underlay. decor old and tired. Could be good for a quick stop-off for the weary traveller but fails in that regard. was not offered breakfast

Convenient, clean and value for money.

I could not have a bath when I arrived as there was no hot water. However, there was plenty in the morning before we checked out.

Convenience and price

Apparently there is a problem between booking.com and Days Inn computer system and there was no record of our request for a family room - staff very disinterested - as if it was our problem. Bathroom decor poor with rotting bath panel.

Relatively quiet despite being close to M'way. Easy to get on and off site to local countryside

The staff were so good and letting us have a dog in the room as we show are dog was great all the staff made us feel at home many thanks again

Bathroom neeed a refit with broken tiles and a dripping tap. the hot water even ran out

Bereikbaarheid, het licht aan de snelweg.

We hadden voor 4 personen geboekt, bij aankomst hadden ze een tweepersoonskaner. Is wel opgelost omdat er plaats was, maar als dat niet het geval was hadden we waarschijnlijk pech gehad. Volgens het hotel was dit een fout tussen Booking.com en Days Inn. In het hotel is niets, naast het hotel is een wegrestaurant met alle bekende fastfood merken.
