Just off junction 2A of the M26 motorway and only 4 miles (6.5 km) from junction 4 of the M20, the hotel offers great value, with free parking and spacious, modern en suite rooms.
Score from 146 reviews Good

Score from 319 reviews Good
very friendly and helpful staff, always there when needed whatever time.
The reception was excellent - the welcome warm and the booking professional. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The food next door was just right. Just what I needed after a long day.
I had to climb into the bath for a shower - not too nimble these days The public areas carpet just a bit scruffy.
The cooked breakfast Friendliness and courtesy of staff
Location to town, helpful staff, cleanliness, good parking, excellent breakfast.
Good, convenient food for a family. Clean comfortable room. suitable checkout time. Helpful staff.
The room & bed
The actual breakfast was good and staff very friendly.
The fact that you have to go out of the hotel and into a pub next door for breakfast. Not ideal when it's raining.
Hotel was clean. Staff were personable and helpful
Adjoining restaurant was untidy and grubby looking. Bar area on Saturday night was full of uncleared tables for at least 30 mins and bar itself was soaked. Had to wait for hot water and coffee at breakfast and despite pre-booking there was a wait of approx 20 mins for cooked breakfast.
Poor service at beefeater
Comfortable bed and pillows had a really good nights sleep. Great choice of breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, remembered us from a previous visit and nothing was too much bother for them.
Location not near enough to town centre
The staff were very friendly and the rooom was the cleanest I have ever seen.
Premier Inn maintain a high standard and you get good value for money.
Staff and room were excellent. Evening lunch in the neighbouring pub/restaurant was lovely. I was a woman travelling on my own and felt very comfortable at this venue.
Noise of traffic outside, but I am a light sleeper and never sleep very well when away from home.
Comfortable room and bed
the lack of free wifi
Usual good rooms
Not sure, it just wasn't the best premier inn I've stayed in. Needs a bit of a spruce up
There is nothing to fault this hotel, the staff were excellent, the room was of the highest standard, the facilities were comprehensive and I felt welcome and safe
Staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful (lady with short blonde hair) wish I got her name
Helpful front desk, Clean room, good facilities
poor service for Breakfast in the restaurant. Took an age for cooked breakfast to arrive - and then the order was wrong. Eat it anyway as didnt have time to change it. Also took a long time to be greeted and shown to a table (approx 3-4 min).
Very nice staff, clean room
Could be a little noisy if trying for an early night due to resturant next door but otherwise perfectly adequate
No mobile network.
Staff is nice and friendly.
No networks for mobile phone and location is far from High Street where most shops are located. There is no aircon and the window cannot be opened for low level rooms.
All what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Very impressed.
No free wifi and mobile reception non-existent
Spacious room. Convenient location
Bulb and fan not working in bathroom and not fixed during our stay.
We had a disability access room and liked the large wet room. Liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were and how friendly and helpful the staff were.
Accessibility by public transport
Staff help Janice excellent
Broken fan no internet spider in bed large dead hairs on pillow bed hard Would never stay there again
