clean, value for money, breakfast

Clean, although bathroom did smell of ammonia...at least it was clean

There could have been a little more on the tea coffee front....only 1 large towel.

Location was good to the venue we were going to. Local to Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.

Needed to ask for extra towels as only one set put out for us.

Comfortable room, location, cleanliness, helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast but not up to continental standards. Warm breakfast provided to choice and freshly cooked.

Brusqeness from Beefeater staff. Costa would be ashamed of the coffee served here under their name. Typical English 'dishwater' coffee. No choice re omelets unlike a previous stay at a Premier Inn.

We thought the the whole trip for that weekend very enjoyable; good atmosphere in the public areas and the bedrooms were exactly what we were expecting, clean comfortable and also quiet.....

Maybe a little more training for the younger inexperienced bar staff - only one comment - I ordered a double brandy after dinner and received two singles in two separate whiskey glasses and each had ice.......yuk! I went to the bar and explained (quietly) how it should have been delivered..

Excellent, rooms very clean with nice decor. Pleasant friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Excellent restaurant staff serving excellent food, very helpful and obliging, again nothing too much trouble. We'll be back.

Nothing to dislike

We liked the relaxed,friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and space in our room was good.

The shower. It was adequate but did not go up and down for shorter folk.

The friendliness of the staff. The cleanliness of the room and the fact that one felt that any problem would be dealt with immediately. In fact there were no problems, everything was very satisfactory. It was quiet and peaceful and very welcoming.

Disabled access to bath not good in disabled room. A walk in shower would have suited us better.

No complaints about the hotel and the breakfast in the morning was first class. The only downside was the Beefeater Inn next to the hotel (owned by Premier Inn and so acts as their eaterie for guests) was extremely slow. We had to wait nearly an hour for any food in the bar area, and with small children to cater for ir was no joke! The restaraunt was not busy at all so it was a puzzle as to why the service was so poor in that rspect.

We have stayed at a number of Premier Inns and this is by far the best. Lets hope all Premier Inns reach this high standard. Also Beefeater next door had great atmosphere, service and breakfasts!!

Sofa bed not made up but soon put right also short of towels but again resolved very quickly. No dislikes really

The staff were very helpful (we arrived early to attend a wedding), a room was made available for us to change and refresh. Our cases were stored and we arrived at the wedding relaxed and comfortable. Thank you one and ALL.

it was quiet and they guaranteed a good nights sleep, it was also very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

this isn't about Premier Inn but it is related - i chose not to book for breakfast at the Costa place next door becasue i wasn't sure what i was doing and wanteda to decide in the morning, which the premier inn staff had said was fine. On entering the Costa place the manager on duty was rather unfriendly and rude about the staff at the Premier Inn saying they should have encouraged me to book and that they "needed more training" whereas i was perfectly happy with the unpressured but helpful service i had received . I felt the costa manager was very unwelcoming as he was clearly taking his frsutrations out on me whereas i was a customer who wanted to buy breakfast. I also know that he went over to the staff member at the Premier Inn and tried complaining about what had happened. For someone who is in the hospitality business he really wasn't very hospitable but i am very glad to say that Gary, the member of staff who i mentioned it to was helpful, professional and supportive.
