Ideally located, Premier Inn Tonbridge North is next to the Oast Theatre, just 2 miles (3.2km) from Hildenborough Train Station and Tonbridge Castle. Tonbridge town centre is nearby.

cleanliness, family room sleeps four.
no intercom in rooms, had to pay (a little amount) for internet. Internet should come free with all hotels now.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. My request for an early check in was accepted. The late (12:00) time allowed for checking out. On site car parking. Quietness when in room.
Nice building and garden. Good pub next door. The evening meal was excellent and good value for money. The same could not be said for the Premier breakfast, which certainly wasn't
Premier Inn breakfast: - Continental - bare minimum selection. English - works canteen standard Location - hidden behind pub with no sign in road so the last few minutes trying to find the entrance were frustrating
Four mums with 6 boys, all choristers from Yorkshire, stayed here the night before the National Youth Choir course started. We were made so welcome that the boys sang to the reception staff. The receptionist offered to take all the luggage up in her car to Tonbridge School so we could walk up more easily. Generous, kind people do still exist!
We all wished there were a swimming pool!
everything....cannot fault a thing....staff were very friendly....food was delicious....comfort and style of room very satisfactory....will indeed use premier inn again
The staff both at check in and when leaving were extremely friendly and helpful. Good value great breakfast.
For a budget hotel all is excellent compared with competition in the sector they are always consistently better, can't think of a negative to be honest.
Helpfulness and friendliness of staff, including Vauxhall Inn. Easy parking. Surprisingly quiet overnight. Absolutely clean. Rooms were exactly as described and as requested, first floor and on quiet side. Porridge at breakfast!
No internet coverage, as system was not working. Beds a bit hard for us, but that is personal taste. Location is out of town, requiring long walk or car or taxi transport, but very convenient for Pembury Hospital.
very good room and bed. Vauxhall Inn fine food for breakfast.Friendly and helpfull staff
A little point, buth when it is cold or rainy, it is not pleasant when you have to go outside from hotel to Vauxhall Inn.
quietness comfortable bed staff
the location sign....not easy to find by car there is 2 premier inn in tonbridge : just one can be located by iphone
Access to Tonbridge Station a 25 minute walk or frequent buses. Rooms a reasonable size with opening windows. Junction Inn for breakfasts or evening meals only a short walk over the car park.
Bed a little on hard side. The use of a spray in the corridors that was strongly perfumed.
The approachability of the reception staff. I have always been impressed with Premier Inns- It does what it says on the blurb.
Mattress was too hard
The room was lovely and big
Didn't like dat you had ta go to another building in parking lot to get your breakfast and only have 1 member of staff doing everything cleaning tables, refilling the breakfast table, trying to seat people etc. completely run off her feet dat we didn't want ta have breakfast just so she could catch a break defo need more staff
Very quiet and very comfortable bed, excellent Wi-Fi reception. Pub next door very good food choice and nice place to relax and unwind.
NO AIR CONDITIONING AGAIN. Hoew can Premier Inn charge what they do £90+ per night, and not have air-con??
The hotel itself is exactly what you want. Well priced, comfortable, clean and friendly staff.
The food and service provided by the attached Pub/service the Vauxhall Inn was very poor and let the hotel down. We had dinner here on the night of our stay and reluctantly had to have our breakfast there in the morning.
Clean and comfortable with good service.
A need to have a booked only through reception breakfast. We had goodwill offered however for our poor service on the Monday...well done to the Manager.
The room was spotlessly clean. I slept like a baby. It was very quiet. The bathroom was clean. The shower was excellent. The staff at the door in the hotel were all friendly and helpful.
Being greeted by a smell of cigarettes. The view of a brick wall outside my window. The damp and musty smell in the room A dirty table at breakfast. Several tables around us not being cleared for the duration of breakfast. General mess around the tea making facilities Some of the elements of breakfast were overcooked. Slightly burnt bacon and sausages. We were disappointed that the cooked breakfast was not a buffet.
The location and venue were good as we're staff. Booking process seemed to be good, but there were issues with booking on arrival.
The rooms had a fan but no AC so keeping cool in the hot weather was tricky. Also somewhere the message was lost between booking with booking.com and the hotel. I booked a family room with 2 young children, and the hotel staff stated they were unaware of the children. But they were helpful and found another room with a cot. Also my room was charged at £16 more than when I booked the room. Again staff blamed booking.com for the error and corrected my room fee. I am not sure where the errors lay, but clearly this should not happen
Pleasant attitude of the staff.
Car was bumped into whilst parked in the car park.
The external base of the loo was dirty and should have been cleaned. Also we felt that general refurbishment was necessary.
Extremely helpful staff.Comfortable bed in quiet room.
Duvet on bed. We were given a sheet but that really wasn't adequate. A sheet and blanket on the bed would be more comfortable for summer. Breakfast wasn't very good. Poor selection compared to equivalent motels in France!Lack of dishes, saucers etc.
Friendliness of staff, always smiling and helpful. Not something that one can usually take for granted these days, sadly!
Poor training of staff in breakfast buffet. In a Sunday rush, they were not able to organize their time and efforts to keep the buffet replenished, not only food items but cereal bowls, or plates for example.. This was not their fault in my opinion, but rather that they had not been trained to work to optimum efficiency during busy times.
Fantastic welcome from reception lady. Rooms fine, esp good beds and bedding.
Location- traffic noise kept us awake at night. It was like sleeping next to a race track. Pub next door meant people disturbing us until the early hours. We had requested quiet rooms but were located right next to pub car park. Could not find night porter.
Not our first stay in this hotel and once again we found it to be clean, quiet and we both had an excellent nights sleep. We don't expect any any more so perfectly happy and would be happy to stay there again.
Quiet room and clean
Breakfast was poor
