Ideally located, Premier Inn Tonbridge North is next to the Oast Theatre, just 2 miles (3.2km) from Hildenborough Train Station and Tonbridge Castle. Tonbridge town centre is nearby.

Clean & comfortable. As expected from Premier Inn standard. As I was on foot from station either Premier Inn location my destination up town was always some distance.
Staff on duty all the time helpful and chatty.
Only one thing a lift would have been nice one of our party had difficulty with the stairs
staff on reception morning and evening very friendly and welcoming, nice large comfortable room, ideal location on the edge on Tonbridge
free wifi had almost no strength so was not useful had to put full winter kit on to go to breakfast, in the building next door
Bed very comfortable, very good mattress.Staff very helpfull
Not possible to have something to eat after 10pm
Late book in and night time porter very friendly. Good value breakfast as expected, kids always love the buffet. Very quick overnight stay as visiting family up the road in Tunbridge Wells so perfectly located for our needs and will no doubt use again on next family visit!!!
Noise from the A21, lack of visible signage to site particularly as the weather conditions were atrocious and the actual hotel is tucked in behind the Vauxhall Inn
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the member of staff on morning duty was exceptionally helpful. This is a well placed hotel, easy to find from the A21 and a couple of minutes' drive from town.
The breakfast, which was served in the pub next door, was quite disappointing. The choice for the continental breakfast was poor, with cellophane wrapped croissants rather than fresh ones and the cooked breakfast was not great either. The setting out of breakfast foods was a bit awkward and uninspiring. My daughter complained that the single bed in the family room we had was not comfortable, which was a shame as the adult beds were lovely.
Excellent staff Good value Comfortable beds
No one told us the 24 hr wifi was for a maximum of two devises. We had two phones and two tablets to share, but could not.
location facilities room size friendly staff
no dvd player a little over priced
Lots of parking spaces. Near town and shops. Easy to change room temperature which was useful.
I requested skimmed milk for my room and never got any. Room was half made up although I mentioned there was no need to, to one of the staff, just to get more coffee. Anyway, the beds were made, and the tables unwired.
As with most Premier Inns, there always seems to be noisy people banging the doors in the corridor late at night. Everything else is actually good.
The quality of the evening meal next door was poor. But there was no where else nearby t offer an alternative unless you count fast food outlets.
Always know that youll get very good standard of room and helpful friendly staff
Regular clicking noise from ? Thermostat during night
Good location, restaurant across from car park excellent, with good service and good breakfast.
Had room 3, mould in bathroom put me off having bath/shower. Surprised at state of bathroom in general. Wall in room, alongside bed had signs of moisture coming through. Felt generally dissapointed.
All good, got what we paid for.
Room was clean and beds comfortable. Slept well. Good breakfast at the Vauxhall, staff friendly and helpful.
Everything we needed was in the room. The bed was massive and so comfortable. The room was clean and at a suitable temperature.
Maybe some extra tea and coffee but it wasn't really a problem.
staff where so helpful . Knowledge of public transport, ordering taxi's etc. Liked the first 15 minutes of Wi Fi. Well equipped room. Soft Drinks machine in reception. Pub for meals right next door.
Still use lock and key system for room entrance. Room slightly noisy in the mornings.
The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Could not do enough for you
The bed was awful. Premier Inn are meant to have these fantastic beds where if you do not have a great nights sleep they give you your money back, well myself and my wife would like our money back. Think I slept for around 1 hour all night. They need to sort their beds out
The fact that you know what you're getting at a premier inn.
The lighting in the room was dreadful. Very dark room because of large tree outside and no compensation from internal lights. Never have feather pillows available. £29 rooms is a joke.
The friendliness of the staff and interest in our activities
A neighbour had difficulty in closing the door quietly late at night.
A Fan was provided in the room this year last year it was too hot.
The room was still very hot.
