Convenient location to visit family and friends. Good bed and shower. Not having a ground floor room means you have to struggle with luggage up the stairs.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. It even had a seating area upstairs which was a nice touch. I thought the receptionist was quite rude and lacked interest in us. Normally, the receptionists are friendly and ask to see how we are getting on. I was not asked if I was happy with the room and whether I had a good night's sleep and on checking out after asking the receptionist to keep a check on my suitcase whilst I took the rest of my luggage to the car when I came back to the lobby I found it unmanned. There was no goodbye or anything. The room was a little noisey with the traffic from the main road.

Very quiet but convenient location. Adjacent restaurant very good for breakfast and evening meal. Excellent staff. Minor dislike was walking in rain and cold to adjacent restaurant for breakfast.

Location and ease of getting places. Found bed firmer than in other Premier Inns. Not conducive to a good nights sleep.

The hotel was very clean, also my two friends had Hypos beds which are so comfortable, they said. We travelled with a car so that we had a bit difficulty to find it easy. This is the most important thing that I personally booked triple romm for four nights, but when my two friends arrived the hotel, I can't understand they changed the triple room to the twin one, we,my English friend and I asked them to keep the last night with triple room. I don't know how it happened, anyway the last night I had to sleep on the floor... I've never slept on the floor at hotels where I stayed even two stars hotels. My two Japanese friends can not speak English very well, I told the receptionist too. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The manager Jenny paid the money back to my Japanese friend. They are not well-prepared for foreigners who can not speak their language unfortunately. I don't consider the hotel is international, just for the English speakers.

Relatively cheap and the room was clean. Basic but ok The tv in the room was too small The price was not the cheapest. It is cheaper to stay in Central London which surprised me. I think WiFi should be free it doesn't cost anything to the company and just feels like money grabbing for the sake of it. I was expecting something better than a B&B but I didn't get it.

The girl on reception was absolutely brilliant and bent over backwards and is an asset to your company The sink had water in it , there were hairs in the bath . the bathroom was freezing , no soap in the dispenser bathroom was so cold I was unable to use it was constantly woken up by the noise of the toilet next door which sounded like a drill coming through into my room bathroom handle very grubby , not up to the standard of a premuim inn at all . no leaflet in bedroom to give number of reception . I was so tired the next day the managress gave me my money back which is all well and good but amitted there was a problem with the toilets but was out of her hands . this situation ruined the next day for me as I had a drve of two and half hours which with no sleep was a night mare , that evening went to the theatre and noded of due to the lack of sleep so my relaxing evening at the preuimer inn was a disaster .

Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy location for where we were travelling. Car was parked in car park which flooded and despite them saying there is cctv there noone informed us that our car was sitting in a 'pond'!

The staff are as always, super friendly and really professional I have stayed there many times over 18 months and find the Tonbridge Hotel excellent in every way. The staff are super and courteous, and respond to every request expeditiously, and they are led by a fantastic manager Ginny. Top rate and highly recommended.

Room was pretty standard, as expected but comfortable and fitted with all you need: coffee/tea facilities, hairdryer, tv etc. Good beds too! We realy liked the restaurant next door, Vauxhall, good meals and good atmosphere. Helped us with a table for our party of 8, even though it was busy. We missed cheese and meats on the buffet at breakfast in the morning.

The staff on arrival and throughout were helpful and interested which is often lacking at other places...they were excellent....we had travelled quite a distance and were early for checking in, but they accommodated us and made it appear no problem for them at all. The pub on site was really lovely - large range of food etc Nothing disliked

Whilst I was satisfied with the hotel in general, my sleep was disturbed by traffic noise. I needed a good night's sleep because I had travelled from Halifax for a job interview the foloowing day and chose the hotel because it was described as 'quiet and peaceful'. My disturbed sleep made me quite uncomfortable for the rest of the following day Clean and Friendly
