Premier Inn Torquay  

the location was very good, and the breakfast was well cooked with lots of choice.

we stayed in a room with disabled access as it was all that was available at the time of booking.Due to its location it was very noisy as it was just by the entrance door,also it was adjacent to the sevice area more noise from deliveries. I would suggest triple glazing the window and having a soft close on the entrance door...failing that earplugs.

First class accomidation,rooms were spacious, clean and modern, breakfast was as good as any 4-5* hotel and location was wonderful, with just a few steps from beach, harbour and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the stay at this hotel. It is located in a beautiful location. The restaurant had views of the bay/seafront. Our room was located on Belgrave rd, so we had wonderful views of the gardens in Abbey Park. The breakfast was wonderful and very comprehensive! My 4 yr old son wanted to buy the hotel (we were in Torquay viewing properties).

There was a man checking in a large group and only 1 lady on reception so we had a 15 minute wait to check in.

Good location, close to centre but not too close. Good to have free parking. Good sized room with a view of the sea.

Having to request towels three times before picking them up myself as we kept on being forgotten!

Position/location, clean. Excellent staff.

Room 117 really noisy, road noise and people outside talking, really bad, changed room for 2nd night, no comparison between rooms, 2 night slept brilliantly in a luxurious room.

Location ,found it difficult to get to from my daughters house in shaldon.we travel 260 miles three times a year to devon but when we try to book deals we are always told there are none for torquay or newton abott ,maybe you could e mail me with dates of deals for these destinations . I wonder ??? go on suprise me ??? .we like premier inns and like all people deals/bargains would be very welcome..

Room not very big for a double room. Not much storage space OK for one night.

We liked the hotel being near beach and town, with easy for buses and tours

We asked for a twin bedded room ,and you only seem to do a twin room by using the sofa. This makes the room small and you have no where to sit and relax

The staff was very courteous and probably the only saving grace. Breakfast has been Premier Inn's strong point and there is no denying it.

We have stayed in Premier Inn across the UK but the experience on staying in this hotel at Torquay was disappointing. The new wing wherein we stayed did not have intercom facility so had to use our mobile to contact the reception - very inconvenient. The restaurant did not give much of a choice in meals.

Clean comfortable budget hotel, much better than Travelodge

the hotel was fab very comfortable and very clean, very warm outside was very cold outside.

the food in beefeater inn was very expensive not a lot choice for kids.

The hotel is on the sea front, just across the road from a beach and a short walk into the town and the harbour. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a sofa bed in the bedroom for the same price as a double so had the extra seating room.

Road noise kept us awake and the food in the restaurant was mediocre, best walk into town and eat in another restaurant.

The location, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the overall ambiance of the hotel. The last Premier Inn hotel I stayed at in Birmingham canal Quarter could do with viewing this hotel and see why I would stay here again and not the one in Birmingham
