Great location with sea views at no extra cost. Lovely breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size
The pleasant and helpful staff and 12 pm departure
Long time wait for drinks and food but didn't really spoil the evening
The great service at beefeater. The comfort of our stay in premier inn.
We didn't like the bed as it was two single beds joined together to make a double bed. Was slightly uncomfortable to find I was on top of the gap in the middle of the night. The double bed needs to be a double bed and not a make shift. Me and my boyfriend felt uncomfortable from some locals as they stared at us in beefeater constantly as we were trying to eat.
The size of the family room was huge. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out
Single glazed windows meant some traffic noise. No refrigerator in the room
Fabric on loose furniture stained and grubby.
Our stay was first class, will recommend to friends
The service by the reception was very good. It was polite, helpful and supportive.
It was a large room and due to the cold weather was hard to heat up to a reasonable temperature. The top landing was decidedly colder than the rest of the building too.
Bedroom very spacious and clean.
The staff, were very helpful, and the food and location were very good.
We found the room very cold, and the window frames had some mould on it, We were given a fan heater for the room.
The Hotel was excellent the staff were friendly and the weather was perfect for January.
Location Facilities Free parking Lovely restaurants nearby Nice bar Gorgeous comfy beds
Fire alarm kept going off around 6:30 in the morning onwards
Fire alarm went off in middle of night.
Location, friendliness, comfort,
No free wi-fi
Lovely nights sleep would use again
Not pestered in any way, privacy was very welcome, staff were very good always friendly and polite. Food was of a high standard, hotel resturant and bar very clean and tidy.Position of hotel excellent very close to sea and views, shops etc. Bedroom clean and comfortable with good views.
Liked everything nothing not to like.
Found the stay comfortable and breakfast really good value. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Great location nice bar and staff good food in attached restaurant
Card machine not working and made to feel it was are card that was out of money until it happened to every one. Air con/heating to load to use. window rubbers broken so traffic noise. large gap under door so very disturbed night with doors banging all night. not a good night sleep.
The beds were very comfortable. Rooms had plenty of room. Bathrooms felt a little institutional but were clean.
I thought for the money I would have wifi all over the hotel. Bathrooms would be nicer. There was also no safe in the room.
Position was great, free parking.staff brilliant, breakfast as always to dye for, beds very comfy, restaurant served good food.
Temperature erratic throughout , windows need renewing, noisy road etc,
I like the place staffs are all friendly very good food
Nothing at all I didn't like
We liked the hotel and the stay the staff was very good and very helpful as well we would back again and stay there.
There was nothing bad really to say about the stay all.
Very clean. Good location and very good breakfasts
On arrival room allocated in old part of hotel and small and dark. Asked to be moved and we were to new building which was much better. Noise from other residents in early hours of Saturday night both inside and outside. This was noticed by others. Bathroom has no heater or towel rail. No comfy chairs in room
When you book a Premier Inn you expect a certain standard of room and cleanliness. This hotel lives up to its promises. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and everything functions well. We booked at 2pm to stay that same night and requested a sea view and a quiet room. Both were delivered. Parking at the rear costs £2.30 for the night. In November there were lots of spaces and it was well lit.
