Relaxing no rush food excellent
noise from road outside Windows would not close properly
Location was spot on. The room was clean and tidy. Slept really well. Would happily stay again. Torquay was lovely !
Staff were so friendly!
A good sized room with excellent bed, good quality bedding and pillows. In one of the best locations in Torquay....midway between the railway station and the harbour and on the sea front.
Don't expect to pay for WiFi these days but it was free in the public areas downstairs. Breakfast entailed numerous walks between table and buffet......maybe trays would help and milk jugs (had to use glasses which pour badly). Ate out after the frustrations of the first morning.
Can't fault it!
Great location right on the sea front, very close to the town. Staff were very helpful food was great, rooms were spacious, the whole package was great value for money.
Great king size bed, very clean and tidy.Excellent location.

Parking - free in the hotel car park, but limited availability.
Room was clean
Breakfast was very disappointing. We paid for full english breakfast to find it was buffet style all under heat lamps and when we got back to our table it was cold. We never eat it and paid for another breakfast somewhere else. Waste of £17.90
parking, not good at all, cost an extra12 pounds
Excellent buffet breakfast and very well organised considering the number of people.
Car parking is difficult at the moment. Had to pay in the adjacent council car park over night.
It was en route S'Hampton to St Ives. for us in a hire car..The check in man was very amiable. & helpful to assist with luggage from car..
The room was smelling stale.. with smokers having been in the room.? The restaurant was very average & the dinning chairs all spoiled & dirty with food stains. The parking .. terrible.!!or the lack of.??
The location was superb from our room No 131. Thank you very much for keeping your promise that you would reserve a front sea view for us. Very much appreciated.
Unfortunately a few children were unruly the reason being that some parents appeared to have no control over them. They were just running round loose and out of control.
Excellent value. Great breakfast where we were always greeted with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Would definitely stay again,
It is in a beautiful location, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, The help yourself breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and the staff were brilliant, An incredible place to stay, , will definitely be going back again !
Car parking, drove round and round to find a space
The location was very good. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was very good. Everything was to our satisfaction.
Parking was terrible. We paid a lot of money for our stay, but because the car park was full we was told we would have to pay extra for parking in the council car park.
i like the location
we have stayed from monday to saturday and we have paid overnight parking and all day parking . the priority are the customers for beefeater forgetting the people who stays for 5 nights as guests for the hotel. this one needs sorting out !
Big spacious room with sea view, comfortable beds and plenty of room for 2 boisterous boys. Plentiful and fresh breakfast.
Waiting a long time for a seat in the restaurant in the evening, Food took excessive amount for time to arrive which, with 2 young tired boys after a long journey was a real problem.
good location for shos & theatre. clean
The room was very good and had what it said it would. We had our 4 year old grandson with us and there was plenty of room for all 3 of us. Hotel very family friendly, my grandson loved the free kiddie bags with crayons etc in.
Difficult to find parking spaces which became an issue each time we went out in the car.
