We liked the convenience for the rugby match England v Italy at Twickenham. Six of us arrived on the Friday afternoon, parked the car for the weekend (free), and had a good time until departure on Sunday after breakfast (both breakfasts at the Beafeater next door were excellent). Valentina checked us in and was very helpful and appropriately named (Valentine's Day 14th Feb). The restaurant manager found us a table on the Saturday night when we made a last minute decision that we were too tired to go out.
Room was quiet Easy to walk to our venue Reception staff nice
Waitress for breakfast would not serve us even though there was ten minutes until breakfast time slot finished. We accepted her brusque and blunt atttide but couple behind us got stroppy and got served! We went to garden centre over the road and had very nice breakfast at half the price so all was well in the end.
Key stopped working before 12pm on the day we were checking out which was inconvenient. The key should work until the check out time.
Central location. Good food next door. Bed & room excellent only surpassed by friendliness of staff.
Location was king for us and convenience.
We tried to get a sandwich before going to the England Rugby match and asked the staff member how long it would be if we ordered food as we didn't have long before we needed to leave (35 - 40 minutes) we were told 'it will take no time at all for a couple of sandwiches)25 minutes later we were still waiting, it took 35 minutes before they came which was too late. I asked if they could be quickly wrapped so we could take them with us. 10 minutes later we were still waiting for them to be wrapped. Due to this delay we had to leave without any lunch. We missed the start of the match and the first 3 points. When we go to Twickenham we always stay at this hotel. Your staff need to be more honest about how long things will take so customers can make an informed decision on wether to order food or not. Needless to say it spoilt the day for us.
My husband and i and 3 older kids travelled up Friday night ready for Twickenham the next day. Staff really helpful, hotel was spotless and very comfy beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic too. Great value for money and 5 mins away from the Stadium what more could you ask for.
Only I small negative but no hair dryer in room but we borrowed one from reception so no probs
Faultless service, and much better than more exclusive and expensive hotels. Option to eat next door using a "meal deal" was a good addition. No complaints at all!
Friendliness and attitude of staff. Ease of checking in/out. Food. Cleanliness of room. Ease of parking. Value for money.
Room was far too hot & air conditioning very poor.
Staff friendly, and helpful (next morning about the air conditioning!) - but couldn't give a refund as we paid in cash!! Told to ring when home but that there were lots of T & Cs now, which may mean we were not entitled to a refund!!
The air conditioning system in the ceiling was very noisy so we thought it must be operational. To our dismay, after a very hot dry night with no sleep, we were told the room controls didn't work as they had been over-ridden by reception the last time the room was used, and not reverted!! Amazing:(
Great staff - very helpful!
Access to airport, and London area.
Nothing to dislike
Bed very comfortable and bathroom amenities fine.
The sign for the Premier Inn was not visible from the Sixth Cross Road, (as shown on your address), so had to ask for directions, go around the block and nearly missed the entrance again as in the Staines Road the Premier Inn sign not prominent. Not good for visitors to the area.
Parking is easy and free. What a friendly welcome by the lady at the reception. Great explanation about the service of the hotel and what a pity, we could not book an extra night. Even we had to go to an other hotel, we were offered to leave our car and luggage at the hotel the next day, so we could visit Twickenham. Large, clean room, good beds and a silent air condition.
A warm welcome by staff, comfortable night sleep.
Good size room, comfortable bed and access to a reasonable pub/restaurant.
As carpark is shared with the ub if you arrive in the evening it can be difficult to find a space
The staff could not be more helpful and considerate especially Cher
Bed a bit soft and pillow a bit big
Staff were excellent
Cramped room, poor car parking with a bathroom from the 1980's!
Very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful.
The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful.
Debbie was most helpful at reception.
Duvets on beds are too heavy: too warm; even w/ AC. Bring back sheets and blankets!
The staff were more than helpful, excellent service
minor matter - parking was a bit tight
Really clean room, very comfy bed and efficient staff.
Pub next door for meals is a bit tired looking in the decor department.
Clean room, nice beds, decent bathroom, staff was very friendly.
WiFi is expensive and didn't work half the time, no nice pubs near the hotel
