Very freindly receptionist. Very good sound proofing. Our window faced the highway but we heard no noice at night. Their good night sleep guarantee really works! You have to go outside to get to their breakfast room which is in the neighbouring pub. Not very convenient in winter time.

The room was clean and the staff really friendly. The hotel was expensive for the night however ..It was Twickenham Rugby weekend Italy v England. We arrived at little before 12:30 in the after- noon. There was no parking left at hotel. As people paying for rugby parking had filled the car park by the time we arrived. Lucky for us we managed to park in a gap that was left near the fence at the back of the hotel and we had to move car later that evening. I am a light sleeper and found the road and the planes noisy as hotel on flight path.

The Purpose of our visit was three fold.To collect our Daughter from Heathrow who was visiting Family from Brisbane Australia. To watch the Rugby at Twickenham Stadium England v South Africa. To Visit The City Of London. It was the perfect location for the Rugby as we could walk the fifteen minutes to the ground. Also it was close to Heathrow. The Staff were friendly and helped us with Bus Timetables to the City of London. The Winning Post Breakfasts were superb once again with friendly staff. They asked us if we wanted seconds as your advert is correct in saying eat as much as you LIKE.Would recommend.

The whole package was spot on. The Winning Post pub was good, we had one evening meal there and the service for the breakfast was first class. Really pleased with the whole weekend and impressed with the Premier Inn. The best hotel of that type we have ever stayed in... we will definatly visit again :-)

The Premier Inn was 15 mins walk to Twickenham Stadium and 35 mins train ride away from London Waterloo. The Fare & Square pub attached to the premier inn offered value meal deals.
