Very good,
Score from 91 reviews
“ The room was bright and comfortable. The beds were comfy too. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. On our arrival we were met by Ali, to whom I had spoken with on the 'phone previous to our visit. He is a really lovely chap, and the other staff were great also. ”

Staff very helpful and friendly great breakfasts comfy beds. Would have liked to get in to room earlier as very tired on arrival at 2pm.didnt like noisy groups leaving car park to rear late at night. Had children and it disturbed our sleep.

Close to Twickenham Stadium (15 mins leisurely walk), Hotel staff friendly. On site restaurant poor and rude service; loud nightclub in adjacent function room went on until 1am hindering sleep; technical problems between booking.com and Premier Inn meant that Premier Inn did not realise that our booking was for a family room - Premier Inn staff told us that errors with booking.com reservations were very common; no family rooms available and roll-away beds very uncomfortable and small (our 13 year-old daughter's feet hung over the end of the bed by 6 inches!)

It was what I required, which was a comfortable room, for one night.the girl on the front desk was extremely helpful, and polite, and honest as she returned a wallet to me that I had dropped. The room I was in was in full view of the restaurant next door,so if the curtains are not closed, you are open for all to see in.

Very freindly receptionist. Very good sound proofing. Our window faced the highway but we heard no noice at night. Their good night sleep guarantee really works! You have to go outside to get to their breakfast room which is in the neighbouring pub. Not very convenient in winter time.

The room was clean and the staff really friendly. The hotel was expensive for the night however ..It was Twickenham Rugby weekend Italy v England. We arrived at little before 12:30 in the after- noon. There was no parking left at hotel. As people paying for rugby parking had filled the car park by the time we arrived. Lucky for us we managed to park in a gap that was left near the fence at the back of the hotel and we had to move car later that evening. I am a light sleeper and found the road and the planes noisy as hotel on flight path.
