Score from 562 reviews Very good
Staff really nice and helpful.
Room was boiling hot with no ventilation, and on a flight path so couldn't open any windows to cool the room, at 1 point the digital thermostat on the wall displayed 37 degrees in the middle of the night, got about 1 hours sleep all night
breakfast poor value
Good car parking , good location for our needs , clean and tidy staff very pleasant
the Pub adjoining the inn was not very clean and was in need of re decoration
*Everything you need is provided as standard *Very clean
Lovely Comfy Bed Nice breakfast Attentive Staff Location to The stoop and Twickenham stadium
Check out time was not too early. And the size if the bed was really nice and huge.
The price was expensive espically as it was only for 1 night.
Great comfort and excellant service from staff who were polite. Made us feel welcome and would definately stay again.
Only problem was no air conditioning however staff supplied cold bottled wated and ice poles if needed and a fan was placed in the room to make it more comfortable.
It would have been helpful is the room had had a stand to put the suitcase on. There was plenty if space available beside the dressing table and it would have avoided bending down to the floor to get things out. We shared one case but for a double room, 2 stands would be helpful which could hold a 'carry-on' size piece of luggage.
Location fantastic, everything about our time at the premier in was great, , haven't been since they upgraded and was very impressed
That they gave me a room on the ground floor, due to my age.
Having spent 3 nights in a rather substandard hotel, I was more than delighted with the Premier Inn. You can see an advert, put it to the test, and expectations surpassed. This was certainly the case here. The reception staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful. The adjoining pub/restaurant was excellent, the staff were pleasant, hard working and efficient. It was a great atmosphere.
There wasn't anything not to like. I could moan about the weather, and ask why you hadn't arranged sunshine for the Bank holiday. But not even Premier Inn can arrange that.
The room was clean and beds comfortable. Close enough to Twickenham stadium to walk. Needs air conditioning as very warm.
The pub next door needs a refurbishment. The breakfast not worth the money as not very good and you pay premier inn £8.25 per person
tv was huge so was bed, very modern and clean probably as its new. location was ok ish bit of a walk but not bad, first night price was great at 58 but asked to stay a second night a few weeks before and had to pay almost treble this.
room was really hot the first night and it wasnt particularly hot outside, there was a fan but it was noisy. Staff said they have been turned down for air con
Room. space we had. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Food at the Winning Post was poor and this is connected to staying at the Pemier Inn. It spoilt a good weekend.
friendly staff.Clean, comfy room.
Pub next door. needed cleaning and more staff.
We stayed her, in a family room, for your trip to watch rugby at Twickenham. the hotel was very easy to reach from Central London being only a short walk from Whitton Station. It was then only a 15 minute walk to Twickenham Stadium. I was concerned after reading recent reviews about the temperature of the room and the service at the pub where breakfast is served. the hotel have obviously listened to their cutovers - our room had a fan and a cotton sheet to use as an alternative to the duvet, and whilst it wasn't a gourmet breakfast, the buffet was well stocked, the staff were great and we didn't need to wait very long for our full english breakfast to arrive. For the price, this is a great place to stay!
Room was hot first night but fan helped. Staff who were very friendly did state that they had asked for air con months ago but kept getting refused. We can't stand fayre and square pub food so knew not to opt for breakfast as learnt the hard way there with a raw breakfast in Blackburn at one. Other than that price was ok first night but double second because of rugby so little overpriced at 138 for just a room but overall best premier room we have seen so far.
Hot and won't bother with food next door as fayre and square food cheap undercooked.
The Premier Inn was usual quality except during the July heatwave it was roasting. No air conditioning and room unpleasantly hot.
The associated pub, The Winning Post is shocking. Food is terrible, dirty cutlery and generally run down. Staff are pleasant but that's it. Find somewhere else to eat and drink.
Close to Richmond and rail connections.
The pub next door that is endorsed by premmier inn had no draught beers and a third of the menu. The food was awfull and cancelled breakfast. Caused friction with partner and spoiled what should have been a relaxing eve. Will pay extra and stay in Richmond on next visit. No eve food or breakfast is not what I expect from a hotel that recommends there facilities.
location, staff was responsive but not complicated, the room and facilities were high standard but the fan was not adequate on hot summer nights. AC would have been better. Well-equipped with water boiler and tea etc and for two kids and parents the quadruple room was very well organised. Comfy beds. Lovely linen
The pic on the web is not of Premier Inn but of the Winning Post Pub which is next to Premier Inn. This is confusing. Please include in your directions to look out for the Winning Post or to enquire after the Winning Post as everyone knows this and no one knows where the Premier Inn is. Breakfast very good but could be improved.
Clean, Complimentary drinks, Service, large TV.....everything.
No Cupboard space - had to live out the suitcase.
Beds. Bathroom location
No air con. Noise from main road
Extremely helpful staff. Offered refrigeration facilities, even before we were going to a picnic style open air concert. Another helped us on our return from the concert to smilingly assist us to figure out the 'snack' machine. Very large and comfortable room. Large TV. Good, very good value eating arrangement with pub next door.
In California type soaring temperatures at the time of our visit we so badly needed California style AIR CONDITIONING. 30 plus all night made sleep impossible. The fan gave some illusion of air but couldn't really cope. Opening window at 2.00am only brought in traffic noise of course. The couple we were with suffered in similar fashion. Despite having 2 fans in their room. So, any low rating is ALL about lack of air conditioning.
The staff were polite and helpful.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was appalling. We had to leave a large fan on all night to try to keep the temperature down at reasonable levels!!
Beautiful room...very comfortable bed but...unable to sleep due to the heat. Staff were very friendly and understanding.
VERY...VERY...VERY HOT and NO AIR CONDITIONING ! Our room was 30C (86F). Will NOT recommend or stay at this location unless air conditioning is installed. Worst nights sleep ever in a motel.
