Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation; good night's sleep

The absence of a lift to first-floor accommodation was a problem for my mother who has mobility problems. Restaurant very noisy; at breakfast time, buffet area very crowded.

Great location, nice restaurant. Lovely clean spacious room.

Unfortunately the room was to hot. They did provide fan's, however, they were to noisy for our kids to go to sleep. Real shame as apart from that I could not fault it.

I liked this hotel for its simplicity, cleanliness and beds. Some of the food was really good, some food was a let down (red thai curry good, Black Forest sundae had no top layer which I was looking forward to most was a. Letdown)

Our adjoining rooms were just off the reception area, so we did not have far to walk to and from our room with our children aged 1-13 and our excessive amounts of luggage! The staff were cheerful, attentive and very welcoming. The location of the restaurant was perfect and we ate there for breakfast and dinner, three mornings and three evenings. Great value for money. It was convenient having the Spar just across the car park for us to buy milk for the babies and bedtime treats for our other children :)

Location, friendly reception staff, clean room, Breakfast was ok.

Wasn't up to the stranded of other p/inns we have stayed at, bathrooms had some mould and needed updating, room had foisty smell, not as quiet as other inns, broken coffee machine on day 1, day 2 asked two members of staff if they had any more croissants as none where out and had them day before, both never got back to me. And waited a while to be seated for breakfast on day 2 even though older waitress was aware of us standing there. So decided to find our own seat and told waitress our room number when we sat down.

Good price! 2 nights for family of 3 adults for £175. Great location for Alton Towers only 15 minute drive away. Lovely big room and very comfy beds.

No air con and with the windows open the road noise was such that it made sleeping difficult, the hotel is situated right on the A50.

Location is very near to Alton Towers. Good accommodation as normal with Premier Inn.

On site restaurant very slow and it was not even that busy. However free drinks were given to make up for this.
