pillows staff friendly on check in clean
could hear hand dryer from bar, was a disabled room so no where to hang bath towel, next to restaurant could hear door banging all night, would suggest a top floor, we were ground floor and had someone walking about all night above
Distance, comfort, amenities ,proximity to uttoxeter and Alton towers
The staff were friendly and the room was okay.
The warmness of the room made it hard to relax, also there was constant noise from 3 different neighbours and even after complaining nothing was done.
Rooms good size and clean
Room was stuffy and lacked good ventilation
Couldn't get better service the staff were wonderful polite & friendly. The room superb with lovely little touches like adding a baby blanket for my little girl. The restaurant was wonderful & the food excellent.
There isn't anything I disliked the chance to hire or have use of a bed guard would have been useful we were with our 1 & 2 yr old baby was in the wonderful cot provided but a bed guard would have been useful on the bed with our little boy in.
Location to alton towers. Staff friendly and willing to help at all times.
Rooms were very warm. Could do with air con.
Friendly staff , very clean and comfortable very helpful with the needs we had as a family great restaurant attached lovely hot food and good service
Was far too hot 1 fan was not enough to keep the room cool
Perfect if ur going to alton towers clean comfortable and very pleasant and helpful staff
Staff, room amd proximity to Alton Towers.
VERY noisy lorries all day and nearly all night going past my window to the lorry park behind the hotel.
We went to alton towers so this was a great place to stop over night as it's really close. Staff and breakfast were great.
Beds, pillows,staff, breakfast
Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation; good night's sleep
The absence of a lift to first-floor accommodation was a problem for my mother who has mobility problems. Restaurant very noisy; at breakfast time, buffet area very crowded.
Good distance from alton towers
The staff were extremely helpful and more importantly welcoming at all times of the day
I booked 6 rooms including 1 for my disabled elderly parents, for a family wedding in the town with family coming from all over Europe, some with specialised needs. We had a fabulous stay! Nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Rooms were perfect and although some if the party were in another building opposite, it posed no problems at all. Wheelchair access is good and help was at hand if needed. All in all a very enjoyable weekend stay, topped up by a fabulous wedding and 4 generations of my family in one place at the same time. Thank you so much to the lovely staff. An absolute credit to Premier Inn. The best I have experienced so far.
The stones in the car park. Designers fault. Other material would be more suitable. Maybe I am being picky, the stones in the grids look nice but not very comfortable to walk on. Think ladies with heels going to ther vehicle. Come on designers sort it out.
Great location, nice restaurant. Lovely clean spacious room.
Unfortunately the room was to hot. They did provide fan's, however, they were to noisy for our kids to go to sleep. Real shame as apart from that I could not fault it.
Everyone was happy to help which was nice and made a point of asking how the day was going or what you were doing made it friendly
No air con room was quite hot only small fan which blow the hot air away and wifi should be included with the rooms 30 mins is not enough
Only 30 mins wifi!
Proximity to A50. Problems with flushing toilet. No shower cap, needle and cotton, biscuits with tea tray. We did feel that for the amount we were paying this wld be included. Disappointed sums up our view
Close to Alton Towers and good value
Reception and restaurant staff great
I liked this hotel for its simplicity, cleanliness and beds. Some of the food was really good, some food was a let down (red thai curry good, Black Forest sundae had no top layer which I was looking forward to most was a. Letdown)
Staff very polite and helpful Room was excellent, clean tidy and comfortable. It was extremely suitable for my families needs
No air con
Staffs were good, Location and bed suitable
Room no 322 was too hot, no lift, not very comfortable for kids, our room was allocated in the 1st floor which was very inconveience for through kids.
