The staff were very friendly and really helpful
Frlendly, helpful staff. Nice, clean room. Good bed. Good breakfast. Bar next door.
I liked service that was good. The location was good.
The bed wasn't very pleasant.. The noise outside was very annoying.. Didn't get very much sleep.... due to noise.. Needs to be noise proof to a point...
The guy on reception was friendly and helpful
The staff on reception wear very helpful.
Nice staff, Peaceful sleep, lovely room.
Friendly welcome and good info provided about breakfast. Rooms basic but very clean and quiet. Love the Premier Inn for great duvets and firm pillows with crisp cotton bedding. This Premier Inn was located beside and Indian restaurant, Brewers Fayre and a Bannatynes Fitness Club so plenty of parking. You will need a car to get into town though.
Friendly Staff, clean room and comfy bed
The floor boards above room 31 creak terribly. The WI-FI is very slow, but mostly failed to connect.
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for where we were going.
Needed a bigger fan cos it was really warm
Awesome awesome friendly and helpful staff!
Good location clean
Very pleasant stay very clean staff very pleasant comfortable beds.
Usual Premier in standard for a double room. pity was not what was booked
we booked and paid for a family room with a cot, we never went to the room until 0030hrs it was only a double no cot and not a quad room as booked. Asked for a cot, which was provided, then found we only had one towel, waited until morning to ask for more
The restaurant next door. Room good size and clean
the bumping of people in room above, sounded like someone jumping. woke us up in the morning as well as a little annoying whilst trying to go to sleep
Planting around hotel. Friendly sfaff
You asking me if we were a young or mature couple in this survey- I find that offensive! Location. We choose not to drive and it was not a good walk from town.
Staff extremely helpful
Slight smell on bathroom
Size of rooms and proximity to bar and restaurant. Good value breakfast.
Noise from doors slamming and kids running around all night especially as there was 24 hour reception staff who should have been aware.
The breakfast had a wider range of offerings than comparable hotels/motels.
Like most budget motels that lack A/C, cooling an over-heated room can be difficult. Fans are provided but are inadequate on a hot night.
Very friendly evening staff
good size room, very friendlystaff, excellent breakfast service
The price is too much the rooms are not even worth that amount. .
Clean comfortable and excellent nights sleep. Very helpful staff.
Respected sir , I felt being human and homely the staff warm and friendly guided an middle aged couple felt family atmosphere at breakfast nice fast and muslim food around great time Regards and good luck Britishers done good job as always Due respect to respect persons Dr Suhail
Lovely big room with 2 separate beds for the children. Quick and easy check-in. Breakfast at Rhubarb Triangle was excellent.
First time we had a shower, one of the towels was not clean, had been used before. This was obvious by the smell and marks on it. We didnt mention it, we lived with it and the towels were changed when we left them on the floor. Also, the room was far too hot. We found it difficult to sleep due to the stuffiness of the room. We did tell reception about this and they put a fan in our room to help, but to be honest it was still far too hot. At night you could hardly breathe in the room even with the window open.
Having a break away incorporating work
It was so good I will defiantly be coming back
