Its the 2nd time we have stayed and what we really like is the restaurant being in the Inn itself, not having to walk across to the Pub. the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I was bringing my 86 year old mother to see my 90 yr old and 76 yr old Aunts who live in Dewsbury. My Mum, who is very immobile, had not seen her sisters, or been away, for nearly 15 years. I live in Wiltshire but have been personally using the Premier Inn chain for 10 years and know your style and approach enough to trust this important trip to. I talked to Jamie before I booked, explained the situation and the result was a room just perfect for our needs. Even when we mentioned that the bed was too low for Mum elephant legs were supplied and all was fine. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble - thank you. My Mum says shes going to put 'pen to paper' to tell you too - something that shes not done for many years. Not a 'not like' really but the bathroom floor got very wet when showering Mum. An enclosure would help and a mop or similar to push the water away from the edge of the doors would help. After using the shower it was difficult for us ladies to use the toilet even without the risk of getting any clothing near to the floor wet. For future design - Mum could not use the heating control because although she could see the heat level she could not see or work the up and down buttons.

We arrived in the evening and the lady on reception was fantastic. She had great local knowledge and suggested that we visit Eureka Children's museum. She took the time to discuss what we were doing in the area. Great service. Breakfast was not as good as I have had, that is really scrapping the barrell for something.

Excellent staff, breakfast cooked to perfection (but would have liked some black pudding!) and selection of fruit, cereals, etc. was outstanding for a budget hotel. Red Kite next door very good for dinner and staff there very good too. Room was spacious and well equipped. Only issue was room temperature. This was an end room and a little cold. I think the thermostat needed adjustment as heater cut off before reaching temperature indicated. No real issue though and upon departure, receptionist said we could have had an extra heater if had mentioned the previous night, so the service could not be faulted.

Excellent. Friendly staff, especially in the very busy breakfast area. Rooms excellent - clean, warm. The shower was especially good but kids missed a bath.

Clean, well maintained room with all the facilities you would expect in a budget hotel. Great pub next door (Red Kite) serving high quality meals. Would have liked a bar and snacks to be available but understand why not.

You know exactly what you get with a Premier Inn. Reasonable value and food with a fairly good nights sleep. They stuck me in a disabled room even though I am fully able. So everything was very low!

Convenient location for Yorks Sculpture Park and Hepworth Museum. the objectives of our visit. Well-priced. Comfortable, clean and commodious at that price level. No dislikes. But somehow we'd have preferred Room Rate to include Continental Breakfast - it seemed a bit excessive to have to pay extra for even minimal breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and the room itself. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. We had a very pleasant stay, and the breakfast was substantial, the staff helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
