Staff are credit to the company, they really looked after my mum who is a little unsteady. We previously used the Village but tried the premier inn for a change- we won't use any where else niw. Thank you so much
Friendly staff and nice hotel. Would prefer free parking
Paid extra to park my car
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy room and great breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable
The fact that there was no packing available.
Very polite and helpful staff. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, i usually have difficulty sleeping properly when i am away from home but I slept like a baby. I will definitely stay at the premier inn again and will recommend it.
I liked everything
We liked how the staff are very welcoming and even when its evening they are lovely and seem to be full of life!
Having to keep going sownstaires for a cigarette
Should have a decent car park. Should have free Wifi had to to McDonalds
For it is down to locality. Beautifully situated on the wharf. Staff friendly and welcoming (even recognised us from last visit). Rooms are spacious, clean & tastefully decorated. Despite being located in the town centre it is extremely quiet. Plenty of locations to dine out within walking distance.
Value for money good on site restaurant
No heated towel rails More attention to shower and bath plug holes
Room was very clean Hotel bar and staff great Lots of choice for Breakfast.
Spacious modern rooms
Getting back to hotel was fighting at the door , room wasnt cleaned no change towls second day .by the time you pay 8 pound car parking and 3 pound wifi , better value elsewere with all included
It was homely and staff were friendly and quick to respond. I liked your breakfast and staff hospitality, the lay out is nice. I enjoy my space and privacy which was evident.
Some of us spend most of our time drinking tea and coffee at work. I used the milk and sugar once and that was it until break fast. I came down to the reception to ask for milk and sugar however I just greeted staff and shyed away. May be consideration may be desired when there is more than one person in a room, in my case I had my wife. All in all your service is star plus plus and is conveniently located. I don't want to go anywhere when I visit Manchester unless you are full and would recommend your hotel to any one looking for comfort and quiet time.
Staff friendliness. Food. Sound proofing
we shopped in the bullring and stayed here . but preferred the retail park that this hotel was in the location of. We got the rooms at half price so fantastic value and friendly staff and comfortable beds.
the staff could not be faulted in any way, they were amazing and helpful beyond words, i am disabled and have a toddler and they couldnt of done more for me if they had tried .... A****** staff are what make or break a company and these definately are an asset to you
sadly on the sunday morning my 2 yr old was woken at 5 with banging from the room above (at least i think thats where it was) and it went on until they went down for breakfast around 8 so we were exhausted as he hadnt gone to sleep till 12 the night before , but this wasnt the staffs fault
Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean. Tea making facility. Close to shops, train station & hospital.
Comfort Cleanliness Privacy Space
great location on top of the restaurant/pub...very friendly and helpful staff, super comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
As usual with Premier Inn the beds were fabulous and induced an excellent nights sleep. Check in was seconds and facility was exceptionally clean and fresh/.
Being a town centre hotel there was some significant road noise late at night and the car parking charges in the adjacent car park were unclear and open to debate
Comfortable beds and air conditioning in room.
Confusion over deal offered with Brewers Fayre for dinner. We paid for breakfast when we checked in, then subsequently booked a table for dinner via Reception but were not told of the discount price. Once we checked into our room we found a menu attachment which offered a 25% discount for 2 course dinner, bar drink and breakfast. The restaurant would not honour this deal as we had already paid for Breakfast via Reception. We felt it would have been nice to receive a 25% discount for eating at Brewers Fayre anyway, without the confusion of "only with breakfast" as this was a given because we were travelling with children. We ate from main restaurant Menu (not buffet), so paid several £££'s more. (BUT Waiting staff were friendly and polite).
It was close to town centre and lovely canal walk .
24 hour reception, ample space in bedroom, helpful staff, good dark curtains!
Location in town centre.Extremely helpful staff.Great breakfasts . Cleanliness and comfort . Quiet room Great value
There was nothing to dislike .
