Very clean Friendly and helpful staff Very quiet Pub on site was lovely
Fantastic large comfortable room, will definitely look to book premier Inn for future bookings
Room was excellent
Service excellent, staff very friendly. Room extremely comfortable and spotless. Great night's sleep.
Quality of décor and comfort of room. Good food in pub next door. Reception staff very efficient and polite.
Service at bar in pub was a bit slow and not very attentive. I was given wrong change (£2 short)
Staff- All staff that dealt with us were very polite, readily available to assist and very proactive. There is a sense of calmness in this hotel that we've not experience d at any hotel we've been to in the past. Bedroom- Very succulent comfortable bed and pillow. Extra pillow provided with pleasure. Good size wall mounted flat screen Samsung TV. You now have a loyal customer and please keep up with the high standard in all areas. Well done to your team, an asset to Premier Inn.
Had to go out of the building for breakfast in cold windy weather
Pub attached has a great atmosphere and food. Surrounded by fields so no noise at all.
Nearest station is a short drive away, would prefer more links to central London.
Friendly courteous staff. Good location. Our room on the first floor was nice and quiet
Very good location and peaceful. Friendly staff and the room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable .. Great night sleep
Everything was fine
The staff and breakfast were excellent
The bed squeaked pn every turn. The noisy neighbours were appalling
Comfort good resteraunt nearby.
People starting up car engines and having conversations late at night outside my window
I had 3 rooms and all 3 trips was woken up by a party downstairs did not complain as there was only a trainee on the desk who didn't know what he was doing
Banging doors during the night
Clean and fresh bed sheets, towels, room tired and bathroom spotless.
The small kids bed are terrible, my 7yr old son refused to sleep on it because it was soo hard and uncomfortable. Me and my pattern had to sleep on the single beds and leave my child to sleep on the double bed, so he can sleep comfortably. As for me and my pattern it was a very long and uncomfortable night sleep and to top the matter the room was freezing cold. The small heater available only came on once for 10mins and went off for the whole night and even soo the temperature of the room was showing 23degrees, it was inaccurate and nowhere near that infact close to 15.
Good adjacent pub for a change.
The much trumpeted gurantee for a good night's sleep only applied to one night's refund despite two disturbed nights due to noise.
Room was clean and very comfortable I would use it again
Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Child bed already made up. Enough towels and cups for three people. Would definitely stay there again.
Room was very cold when we arrived (>8pm) as window had been left open all day. Had specified 2 pillows each when booked but 1 short. Only enough tea/coffee/milk for one cup of each. Only one key card given which meant that if one person went out and took card the lights stopped working. Could probably have resolved all these niggles at the front desk but only stayed one night so didn't bother.
The location was ideal
Staff were rude. Especially the lady in charge of the cleaning, and the lady at the front desk. It seemed to me that they were not too sure on how to deal with guests. I stay in many hotels worldwide, and I have never been confronted and spoken to in the manner that I received at the premier inn that day I stayed. Fortunately the manageress was great and superceded the staffs intentions of making my stay even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately because of my work, I will have to stay at premier inns again, and for the money I spent, I sincerely hope am I am nit met by the same staff.
Excellent staff. Room spotless. Brilliant hairdryer.
Room REALLY hot. Offered fans but they don't cool the room down.
The staff were very friendly and helpful they even called the guy from the pub next door to see if there was anything he could do about the slow WIFI.
The paid WIFI was so bad very difficult to get into. We only stayed one night as the WIFI was really slow it was at a stand still most of the time.
We had problems with a noisy room upstairs that disturbed our sleep. We were not too worried about it but the receptionist asked how our night was and we told her and without hesitation she said she would not charge us for the accommodation.
All a good experience apart from people in another room who had no regard for others!
Staff and very comfortable rooms
No inclusive breakfast.
Easy checkin and check out. Friendly staff Lovely comfy bed Clean
