Ligging v an het hotel

De twee bijgeschoven bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit. De stroomvoorziening op de kamer was niet geweldig. Er waren geen omvormers naar Europese stekkers.

Was schoon en als je van rust houd zit je ook goed daar

Uitgebreid ontbijt was naar prijsverhouding te weinig was eigenlijk alleen Engels ontbijt geen kaas o.i.d als we ergens anders in Europa zijn oa Duitsland weet je wat ontbijt is Als je niet over een auto beschikt zit je overal te ver van af Dat ergens de boel om 23.00 uur dicht gaat ok maar ook in het hotel en dan is het doods

Keurige kamer en uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt erg lekker eten bij de pub, die min of meer aan het hotel vast zit.

Wij hadden een kamer voor 4 personen. Het tweepersoonsbed was prima, maar de 2 bedden die er bij geplaatst waren zijn geschikt voor wat jongere kinderen. Niet voor tieners.

Je kon de mensen boven je heel goed horen lopen. (houten plafond/vloer) Bij mijn volgende boeking bij dit hotel, zou ik zeker vragen of ik op de 2e verdieping zou mogen verblijven

ligt aan grote weg, ver van alles. Naar metrostation in Loughton is toch nog kwartiertje rijden, dan nog ruim half uur naar London city.

Redelijk ruime kamer met nette extra bedden voor kinderen. Daardoor lekker vol... Voor een nachtje slapen uitstekend. Schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Aardige pub met goed eten. Niets bijzonders, gewoon goed. Ook voor kinderen.

The breakfast was good but expensive

We booked as a couple we had to ask for towels as not enough put in room There was very little refreshment by the kettle and no mugs we had to ask for all these things was about to go after a while and ask for these items again when they arrived we were very tired and shouldnt have had to do that Our room faced the car park and it was very noisy with people leaving the hotel 4---5am standing right out side our window being noisy would not stay at this prem inn again We stayed at a prem inn at springfield chelmsford on the 11of may this year and it was spot on just perfect apart from the smoking out side the main door

Restuarant a little bit pricey

The location was perfect for my purpose

The restaurant attached to the hotel was an absolute disaster as far as breakfast was concerned. Staff had no idea of good customer care, they clearly had a number of sentances to say to all guests regardless of circumstances. Toaster took at least 5 attempts to get anything that vaguely resembled toast. I would not recommend this as a good place to eat

the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are spacious.

having to go out of the building for breakfast, we were luck as the weather was fine, I would not have liked it if we had rainin windiny or snowy weather conditions. The floors above the The staff in the Bakers Arms pub were not very welcoming in the morning! The ground floor rooms are not sound proofed which allows guests to complain as you cannot get a good night sleep if other people arrive late or eave early

The breakfast next door was very good, Staff were very helpfull,Also Premier Inn Waltham Abbey was close to wear we wanted to be Monday morning for a funeral.

Cleanliness overall was good and facilities just as described. Very polite and pleasant staff from reception to cleaning staff.

1. The room was too hot and we would have liked to be able to open the window more. 2. Bakers Arms - We ate there on the first evening of our stay. The serving staff did their best but the kitchen let them down with very slow service with the result that it took almost three hours for a two-course meal and that was only because we complained...not good enough. We ate elsewhere the next evening.....

A car is needed

close to city but near to countryside.Good pub for excellent food and drink,near to M25.

Place was clean, room really confy. Good food at pub beside.

I left the hotel 2:30 am because I just coul not stand with noise from people talking ourside in front tof my window at car park, terrible anoyng noise. Surprise staf did not realise it, theres cameras every where, maybe because the people at recepction was too busy reading newspaper at that time.

It was close to many things rail links etc. the staff at the hotel were very nice and polite.

The staff in the pub were not as nice as the staff in the hotel shame really as it was convieniant to eat at the pub connected to the hotel.

There is quite a bit of noise you can here room to room and is the corridor, the walls are perhaps a little thin.

Price, Should have reduced rate for regular users.

The reception staff were 1st class, bubbly friendly and so helpful especially Brogan. Nothing was any trouble for her. We will definatley be back for another relaxing evening away from the children. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms are clean and spacious and suitable for my needs. Ample car parking space. Nice location and safe.

Room was big, bed big and very comfortable, everything present. Also liked the location near the Lee Valley Park and the fact that there was a good pub next door.

The size of the room and location were good.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Having stayed the previous night at premier inn Thurrock in comfort. Both children and myself and my partner were is severe discomfort in the morning due to the quality of the mattresses.
