location and simple process, no frills.
disabled rooms too close to door and smoking area outside window
It was clise to where we wanted to be and the price was in the right range
The main door was locked and had to use room key to enter which meant no one on reception if needed on entering.
The staff were very welcoming. I have 2 small children and they made an effort to engage with them...gave them an activity pack (which they loved). I'd highly recommend. The hotel was clean and catered for all out needs.
I got a bit lost trying to find it...my sat nav took me somewhere else :-/
Staff very friendly and very helpful. Especially good with my 3 girls who needed plasters, extra pillows etc etc !!! Breakfast at the pub next door was awesome and the staff again fab ! The beds were a dream to sleep in.
The cleanliness, staff all very friendly and helpful
Think it would be more comfortable with 2 tub chairs in the room, there was plenty of room for another one
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast excellent.
Very friendly & good value for money.
Very friendly service and especially the very warm welcome by your reception staff. Very helpful. New beds as advertised were great. Breakfast excellent also. Premier Inn, for short stay, will always be our preferred choice due to consistently high standards.
Quite a few flies around hot drink station and on the cups. Electric device required. Fire alarm went off in restaurant at breakfast no guidance given re: fire procedure, by staff so left uncertain as what to do. However, positives outweighed any negatives.
We found the hotel pleasant, and enjoyed good dinner and breakfast. We were particularly pleased with the help we got in getting our computer sent on to our home. We had left it in our room when leaving, and we found the reception staff very helpful.
Having stayed in a pentahotel the weekend before, I found that the bed wasn't as comfortable. My Grandson found that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected for a premier Inn. The breakfast was nothing special, compared to the lovely fresh breakfast I had at the pentahotel. As it was a one night stop, it was adequate, but I wouldn't have stayed there any longer than that.
Although attached to a Brewers Fayre, there was no noise from people at the pub - even on the Saturday night. The staff honestly couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I would stay here again.
Not really a gripe, but the reception area is small and if you're meeting people, you have to meet in the pub as there's no lounge at the hotel.
We had a problem with the internet service, it wasn't working. The staff was very helpful, but they were unable to sort it out. Internet connection was an important point when we chose this hotel.
Very friendly helpful staff. Even the staff at Winwick Premier inn were compassionate And very helpful when I needed to contact assistance for a car tyre puncture.
Wifi didn't work well on first day after paying £3 for connection. Next day however worked ok.
Friendly staff and good beds
A tiny bit dated
Clean and good price
could do with finger bowl with ribs bit messy
The guy on Reception Chris was extermely helpful. suggested a restuarant when i asked, organised a taxi, offered me a welcome drink. also Dominic who served me for breakfast was very polite and helpful.
usual standard expected of a premier inn
think the breakfasts are getting a bit expensive, prices in comparative hotels include breakfast and in this particular hotel there is an asda minutes away that does a good breakfast for half the price.
The staff were friendly and courteous at all times, the food we ordered was excellent, especially the breakfast the next morning.
The bathroom door didn't fit correctly, the large towels could have been a bit bigger, but overall it was excellent value.
Family room, clean, good value. Great location just off the motorway, easy to find
Clean and very comfortable room. Very helpful and pleasant guy on reception
Everything was just fine
Arriving at the wrong premier inn after being given the wrong postcode by booking.com
The staff were excellent and very helpful.
Location - isolated. And could not get a good night sleep on the hard beds.
