Paid for wifi repeatedly cut out and apps wouldn't load while connected to wifi but worked if I switched to 3G.
I have travelled extensively and this premier in is the best around
I had to go home.
Very attentive staff indeed. I arrived coming down with a bad cold and they went and got me some hot water, loads of lemon and honey from the restuarant.
Not the best location but convenient from the motorway and easy to find at night in the dark which is always helpful!
Great loco beds very comfortable, nice & friendly staff
Staff - every single one is a credit to Premier Inn
Paid "ultimate" wifi wasn't quick
driving out after stay you have too go all way round to get on main road
Staff were very helpful and friendly and room was excellent
Excellent staff, comfortable bed & pillows, great breakfast, excellent dinner at brewers fayre
Food was not very good
Quietness, cleanliness, staff greeting, very helpful, comfort..
Everything was good but I think in this modern day and age internet should be made available to all customers for free.
Fair price and facilities
no air conditioning to hot for family. no water proof bedding available.
Staff are absolutely fantastic at this hotel. Breakfast is great and plenty all in all a fantastic stay
The space in the room
If this hotel is typical of the Premier Chan then I will use them in other locations. The management of this hotel are running a tight ship. Very good value for money.
The smell from surrounding industry. It doesn't intrude into the hotel but is a little strong outside. The hotel has no ability to change it.
location and simple process, no frills.
disabled rooms too close to door and smoking area outside window
It was clise to where we wanted to be and the price was in the right range
The main door was locked and had to use room key to enter which meant no one on reception if needed on entering.
The staff were very welcoming. I have 2 small children and they made an effort to engage with them...gave them an activity pack (which they loved). I'd highly recommend. The hotel was clean and catered for all out needs.
I got a bit lost trying to find it...my sat nav took me somewhere else :-/
Staff very friendly and very helpful. Especially good with my 3 girls who needed plasters, extra pillows etc etc !!! Breakfast at the pub next door was awesome and the staff again fab ! The beds were a dream to sleep in.
The cleanliness, staff all very friendly and helpful
Think it would be more comfortable with 2 tub chairs in the room, there was plenty of room for another one
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast excellent.
Very friendly & good value for money.
Very friendly service and especially the very warm welcome by your reception staff. Very helpful. New beds as advertised were great. Breakfast excellent also. Premier Inn, for short stay, will always be our preferred choice due to consistently high standards.
Quite a few flies around hot drink station and on the cups. Electric device required. Fire alarm went off in restaurant at breakfast no guidance given re: fire procedure, by staff so left uncertain as what to do. However, positives outweighed any negatives.
We found the hotel pleasant, and enjoyed good dinner and breakfast. We were particularly pleased with the help we got in getting our computer sent on to our home. We had left it in our room when leaving, and we found the reception staff very helpful.
Having stayed in a pentahotel the weekend before, I found that the bed wasn't as comfortable. My Grandson found that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected for a premier Inn. The breakfast was nothing special, compared to the lovely fresh breakfast I had at the pentahotel. As it was a one night stop, it was adequate, but I wouldn't have stayed there any longer than that.
Although attached to a Brewers Fayre, there was no noise from people at the pub - even on the Saturday night. The staff honestly couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I would stay here again.
Not really a gripe, but the reception area is small and if you're meeting people, you have to meet in the pub as there's no lounge at the hotel.
