“ We arrived earlier than expected, the cleaning staff managed to clear a room so we could get changed after our long drive from Kent, All you can eat breakfast in the bar was fantastic so much to eat and arrived hot and grease free well worth the £ a very enjoyable stay ”

The Reception Staff and those on duty during breakfast were very welcoming and courteous. They were the best of all the Premier Inns we have stayed at. There wasn't anything to complain about.

The wjhole stay from start to finish was great. Staff could not do enough for you especially Chris in reception I was looked after from the minute I stepped into reception. Adjoining restaurant was brilliant food was great and service was friendly and organised. I have stayed at many Premier Inns across the country but this was by far the best service I have received at any of them Nothing keep doing what you are doing you have a great team at this hotel.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our stay which was only 2.8 miles away. My wife has dietery needs (coeliac) and the staff could not be more obliging and when we arrived for breakfast again the staff made sure we were looked after even toasted her own bread. The breakfast was really tasty and could have as much as you required.

i chose the location of this hotel and requested both room to be next to each outher room 10 and room 14 was not next to each other which was disapointed so i only used 1 room and wasted my money booking 2 rooms it was too late to cancell 1 room so i let my kids stay with my wife and i stayed in a seprate room which was disgusting as the purpose was the kids stay in 1 room and me and my wife stay in the other room for this reason 1 requested both room to be next to each other which was not forfilled and i ended up paying £47 for a room which i didnot really need espically because it was not next to each other. the room was not next to each other and the single beds was very uncomfertable fot my kids.

Good position for shops and bars Room was damp and musty smelling. Not good value for this reason. Probably wont use again, dissapointing.

Location to motorway Disabled room was only availible with a double bed which is not suitable for a disabled adult with a carer. Exiting hotel you had to drive round an industrial estate and go back on yourself

Ser freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit! Nicht Super modern ausgestattet, aber sauber und ordentlich. Große Räume, viel Platz zum verstauen von Kleidung und Beauty Artikeln. Sehr bequemes Bett! Lauter Luftabzug im Bad, aber das dürfte kaum zu beheben sein.
