realy all you can eat breakfast very cheap nice hot shower clean room
no beer fridge in room... ;)
The hotel had had a coat of paint since I was last there and looked a lot fresher and cleaner. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Someone walking past my door at 4.20am....
Good base to explore nearby cities Nice Reception staff Large rooms accommodating two cot beds and a single bed for my young family
No roadsigns to the hotel - we got lost! Two taps in the sink instead of a water mixer. Broken shower in one of the rooms Rude cleaning staff who left the dirty nappies on the floor! Noise Saturday night party in the next door bar which is affiliated with the hotel - lasted until 12:30 AM!
Hotel clean staff friendly.
location....very quiet...friendly staff..good eating facilities..
Beds were so comfy slept great
Showers need more power
The hotel was very convenient for the party we were attending. The breakfast was very good & hearty kept us going till the evening. The hotel was very peaceful & the staff very helpful. Thank you
Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Friendly service at dinner and breakfast in the restaurant next door
Loud noise from a wedding reception in the pub next door. I asked for a room on the other side of the building, was given one immediately, and that was fine.
little bit old
The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful. Felt service would have been better with more staff.
Breakfast! Appalling! Milk was off, choice was minimal and £6.00plus was too expensive for a slice of toast and a cup of Luke-warm tea.
The room was comfortable although a bit tired but value for money when all we needed was a bed and bathroom.
Food next door was not good I wouldn't recommend any evening meal but breakfast is what you pay for basic!
easy to find, convenient for my business/training meeting, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, and a fab breakfast in the adjacent building
nothing to dislike
Spacious rooms Very pleasant staff Extra tea, milk coffee etc upon request Good sized bathroom
Window restrictors, but realise why they are required No subtitle provision on the TV
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
.The locality. so close to Warrington Town Centre which is very good for shopping.
Sorry I didn't book direct with Premier Inn Waterside, then perhaps I would have been able to get the £29 room which I had 9on the two previous occasions.
The staff were great, really friendly and helpful
Management lovely, comfortable etc
Day to day staff a bit useless meaning I had to complain after leaving as my complaint was ignored by reception. Reception lied to me as well.
Friendly and helpful staff, except for one person, quiet location in green surrounding, but close to the center and to the bus stop.
I have no complains about the hotel - considering the price.
It was clean there was a bath
I can never get the pillows right in a premier so it never is comfortable. right next to train tracks. To get to the center you either have to walk next to the canal under train tracks (quite questionable late at night) or a long way round which takes around 20 minutes so it's not so much central. People were banging doors all night terrible nights sleep!!!
An 'OK' Premier Inn. Some confusion over payments as this is a franchise site. One of the older room designs but still in fair shape. Staff we encountered were all good/helpful etc...
Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was on offer. Opted out and found a similar buffet breakfast close by for just over half the price.
Helpful staff. Very friendly
The aged rooms.
As ever, the Premier staff were excellent.
1. The whole building smelled of damp. 2. The room was badly in need of a refurbishment, as were the 'common areas'. The bathroom, in particular, needed upgrading to the current Premier In standard. 3. The dining facilities were 'off site'.
Location, comfort, parking facility all first class and pleasant and helpful staff.
