little bit old
The room was comfortable although a bit tired but value for money when all we needed was a bed and bathroom.
Food next door was not good I wouldn't recommend any evening meal but breakfast is what you pay for basic!
easy to find, convenient for my business/training meeting, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, and a fab breakfast in the adjacent building
nothing to dislike
Spacious rooms Very pleasant staff Extra tea, milk coffee etc upon request Good sized bathroom
Window restrictors, but realise why they are required No subtitle provision on the TV
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming.
.The locality. so close to Warrington Town Centre which is very good for shopping.
Sorry I didn't book direct with Premier Inn Waterside, then perhaps I would have been able to get the £29 room which I had 9on the two previous occasions.
The staff were great, really friendly and helpful
Management lovely, comfortable etc
Day to day staff a bit useless meaning I had to complain after leaving as my complaint was ignored by reception. Reception lied to me as well.
Friendly and helpful staff, except for one person, quiet location in green surrounding, but close to the center and to the bus stop.
I have no complains about the hotel - considering the price.
It was clean there was a bath
I can never get the pillows right in a premier so it never is comfortable. right next to train tracks. To get to the center you either have to walk next to the canal under train tracks (quite questionable late at night) or a long way round which takes around 20 minutes so it's not so much central. People were banging doors all night terrible nights sleep!!!
An 'OK' Premier Inn. Some confusion over payments as this is a franchise site. One of the older room designs but still in fair shape. Staff we encountered were all good/helpful etc...
Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was on offer. Opted out and found a similar buffet breakfast close by for just over half the price.
Helpful staff. Very friendly
The aged rooms.
As ever, the Premier staff were excellent.
1. The whole building smelled of damp. 2. The room was badly in need of a refurbishment, as were the 'common areas'. The bathroom, in particular, needed upgrading to the current Premier In standard. 3. The dining facilities were 'off site'.
Location, comfort, parking facility all first class and pleasant and helpful staff.
staff and quality of cleanliness, cooperation of the staff was brilliant
On arrival early, were told that the they were expecting us early and the room was ready. Good to know you are not just a number. All staff pleasant and engaging. Food was good and again everyone was very welcoming.
Very friendly staff. Ideal central location. Room was exaclty as expected from a Premier Inn.
Friendly welcoming staff, who could not do enough for you. Lovely meals in next door bar.
Could have done with a coffee table and another chair. It looked as though a single bed had been taken out and replaced with a great big empty space. Noise from disco at hotel over road needs proper double glazing.
Very helpful and friendly staff, Restaurant on opposite side of the street with good food
different taps for cold and hot water at the sink
Helpful, friendly staff close to town
The staff were exceptional. I was visiting a friend in hospital and the staff couldn't have been more helpful regarding taxi's and evening meal.
Receptionists on duty friendly; nice atmosphere; room clean & spacious and bed comfy.
pillows too puffy!
Receptionist very friendly when I arrived and on morning I left, very helpful
Hard to find, but I probably should have looked into that further before I booked. Was ok once I knew where it was, but even taxi driver unsure at first.
The staff were great and my room was clean and was as usual.
Externally the building looks run down and tatty. The communal areas (reception, lift) did not look at all clean. There was a hole in my bathroom door - it looked like it had been punched.
