Staff, location, breakfast!
Noise from other rooms! Kept us awake!
Very friendly staff, spacious room, great location
2 lights were not working in bathroom which we had to get fixed
Staff friendly and welcoming. Use Premier Inn most of the time because of comfort, coffee and tea making facilities and friendliness of staff.
Having a bedroom close to the roundabout, very noisy from 5am and I didn't need to leave until 10am...(Room very good value though) Restaurant very busy with only one member of staff available. She was pregnant and as a midwife was concerned for her trying to attend the bar and restaurant..
Simple and cheap, but staff were excellent
Booking.com got booking wrong, but hotel sorted despite being full
Great breakfast (too busy at buffett section with no room to move)
too long to wait on taxis
the staff were very pleasant and helpfull
The staff were very helpful and professional. I liked being able to help myself to breakfast rather than have it served.
Nothing to dislike it was all good.
Location was good for our purposes
Wi fi was not included as it had been in EVERY other hotl or B and B we had spent time in!
All was great! cannot complain
Location & Staff
Toaster at Breakfast was not working..but staff didn't seem that bothered!! I got them to do me some toast in the kitchen, which was no problem, but found whole scenario a little strange..as other guests were quite happy to queue for a toaster that didn't make toast!!
Excellent service, spacious and clean room, superb menu that lived up to it's potential
Noisy extraction system working through the night. Difficult to turn right out of the Car park to access the motorway or industrial zones.
Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly
Whilst we were staying at the premier Inn i smashed a glass beside the bed i reported it to staff and requested that it be hoovered upto keep my children safe. We returned to our room only to find the glass was still all over the affected area i am far from impressed about this situation especially when i bothered to go and ask for some assistance. .. I now require some kind of compensation before I take my family to a premier Inn again. You will be aware that I have another premier Inn booking on the 21st of November in Stratford London which I may well be cancelling. I look forward to hearing from you soon. First point of contact at reception was excellent, this continued throughout my two night stay by all staff whilst having dinner and breakfast. As a solo traveller I found this a lovely experience as every effort was made to ensure that I was comfortable at all times.
attached restaurant's food is good, but you need to book a table early as they go quick. Can get a bar meal for your room though.
weak showers either too hot or too cold. due to popularity of the food, (nothing else around) service can be sloooow, so take a book. early morning start and the traffic to go right (towards M6) is a nightmare
The bed, really nice towels nice staff
This is a bit petty but the shower was so fierce it almost hurt, still that's better than not enough pressure.
Bath that proved to be very slippery and thus dangerous when using the shower! Poor lighting that does not allow reading easily when in bed. TV volume difficult to adjust. No phone!
Location is good, staff were friendly and bed as ever with Prem Inn was comfy.
breakfast did run low on items by the time we were there and they were making to order but were very busy - though to be fair the staff were trying hard and were very helpful
No mobile data access in Room no. 1 unless you used hotel wi-fi. There was some noise from what sounded like young children between 12.30 and 1am on the night of Thurs 02/10 - I thought other guests might complain as they seemed to be running up and down the corridor a few times. This woke me up and kept me awake for a while. Other nights were quiet enough.
good size rooms quiet rooms friendly staff easy to find big car park lift
rooms didn't make sense with the numbers , took time to find room
Good access and parking very good for what we wanted, staff helpful and friendly
The fact that the booking made via booking.com differed from the booking I made and the rate Premier Inn tried to charge was more than the confirmation, luckily I had the printed version of the booking.com and it was sorted.
Staff were very friendly, alsoood was excellent
Rooms not ready on arrival despite booking early check in, also bar not open so couldn't get a drink whilst we waited for rooms
