Friendlyness off the satff. The warm welcome. Efficiency of the staff. The on site restaurant. The lack of 'nice' shower Gells & shampoos in the room. Should be an 'option' even in a budget hotel.

Straight off from motorway. Staff were pleasant. Heating worked and was hot enough on a cold night. Sparse on the provisions. Front door card did not work. Lighting VERY poor.

Quick check out is very handy The long wait for a table for dinner and being told food would take 30 mins to arrive.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the top down. They were obviously well trained and efficient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast and the room were excellent value for money and the location was really convenient - but still very quiet, considering the proximity to the M6. Room a bit cool on arrival. Would have liked a more varied dinner menu with less emphasis on fried food - we had the salmon which was good, but what would we have on a second night?

room, restaraunt, general atmosphere I turned up with my daughter and her friend - her friend was a last minuite thing, but we had two rooms so plenty of room. The additional person caused chaos, especially in the morning at breakfast. It took them over 10 minuites to decide to let her friend eat despite having paid for an extra breakfast.

Outstanding friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, they were, without exception, obliging, pleasant, willing to do that little extra - offering to carry cases, rearrange tables to accommodate a group etc The delicious breakfast buffet, both hot & cold, with poached eggs freshly served at my request. The quietness, the comfortable room, the ample parking, very tasty dinner, spacious shower due to the curved curtain rail, pretty well everything. I was too late & too tired on both evenings to make use of the WiFi, but in other circumstances I would have hoped for more than a free 30 mins, that seems a bit mean. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were extremely helpful and very understanding, Food (Breakfast & Evening meal) was presented very well and the service from the was well above 3 star quality. Every thing was brilliant apart from our first night, we stayed in room 112 and the noise from the kitchen fans was very annoying and interfered with our sleep. The receptionist moved us to room 123 were we had a fantastic nights sleep.

We were visiting the University of Cheshire Open Day with our son and the location of this Premier Inn was spot on for us. I would say this is one of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed in to date. We liked that it had an on site restaurant/bar and the food was very good, especially the all you can eat breakfast/buffet style and the fact that you could have your breakfast anytime between 7am and 11.30am on the weekends. We would most certainly stay here again and would recommend this Premier Inn. Clean and tidy rooms, nice location off any main roadways so quiet location but with the benefit of being near good road links. Easy to find. Our only negative comment, although not really the fault of the hotel itself was that we were disturbed in the early hours (approx 2am) by someone in the forecourt area shouting and causing a disturbance. The hotel called the police who had to remove to culprit eventually. Also we were on the first floor overlooking the forecourt and unfortunately this is also just above the area where people stand and smoke below and if your window is open it is not very pleasant if you are a non smoker. I would suggest if that's that case you ask for a room on the upper levels. As it's not very pleasant otherwise. Perhaps a designated smoking area would be worth thinking about rather than at the hotel entrance area. Minor fault.

The most important thing about a stay in a hotel is a good nights rest. The super king bed was comfortable and felt new. For my wife and I it was the perfect stop from London to our holiday house in Scotland. We will definately use the hotel for future trips. The only problem we had was the breakfast bar. The chef could not get it together. We had to wait over 15 minutes for breakfast items. The chef could. Not manage to supply sufficient food when too many visitors arrive in the breakfast room at the same time. The evening meal was very good. Nothing to say other than it was good

I asked for a quiet room - I got one right at the end of the hotel, which was quiet. They allowed a (slightly) late check-out. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location just off junction 21 of the M6. Very easy to find. Ideal for our visit to Tatton Park for the RHS Flower Show. This is a well run, well maintained Premier Inn. Good sized, comfortable hotel room. Breakfasts to a good standard. Had dinner both nights. A decent choice of food on the menu and we were very happy with our meals. We found staff, both at reception and in the dining room,to be friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Predictably clean, comfortable, plenty of space, efficent booking-in system, well managed, good night sleep, good location for travelling. Very dim bed side lamps - don't really bright enough for reading if you are getting on a bit; this is problem with hotels we have used that charge several times more Premier!
