Score from 50 reviews Very good
Excellent location for tourist attractions/shopping within the area. Very quiet hotel no noise from inside or outside. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Nice wee pub/restaurant next door.
Stayed in lots of premier Inns before but felt the bed this time was very firm...perhaps it was just new. This is just an observation and not a complaint. Would not stop me staying in the future.
Everything as one would expect
Food was terrible
The shower was amAzing!!!
Location (close to Gulliver's World) Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff Breakfast was excellent and staff were lovely
this hotel was very clean and the staff where very helpfull
no lift to first floor
the staff were brilliant from the get go, very friendly and informative and saved us money by giving us the number of a local taxi firm as we were going to a festival, they gave us bags for our wellies both nights and had a genuine interest in how we enjoyed our weekend, we will defo stay there again, the staff in the swan pub were also nice and friendly and the food and drinks on offer were brilliant.
only thing I would change is how long the breakfast was on for, poss a bit later at the weekends.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were attending creamfields for the weekend and stayed 3 Nights,I would stay here again :)
Good location for us
* very very firm beds * family room is much smaller than expected. you couldn't move between the kids beds and the main double bed. * we had a friend pop in to collect us for our event, and got accused of trying to keep her there all evening. found it very offensive
Great location and fantastic friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you!
Peace and quiet, with good location close to Motorway South.
The Swan restaurant was noisy, very busy and nothing special.
The location, the peace and quiet and the staff. We would have no hesitation in recomending the Premier Inn but the Swan next door was only fair.
The swan next door was very noisy and large pub atmosphere.
Reception staff were great
Waitress very rude and room was very hot, as a regular in premier inns I will certainly think before booking again and will also inform all my family as we all use these regular.
I was here to take part in Ironman Uk and The friendly staff wanted to talk and listen all about the event and we wanted extra things and they were happy to oblige very happy with our stay.
My wife and I thought that the new young lady trainee with the dark hair that was tied up, was a great laugh. If you remind her of the comment she made about me who was "glowing" she will recall what I am talking about (I do not remember her name) she was on the desk with another member of staff. All the staff we encountered were polite and could not do enough to help us. Thank you for making our stay a most enjoyable experience. Ray and Lesley
That we did not stay longer!
Venue and proximity to The Swan. Lovely rural setting but close to town.
No problems at all.
No Tel in the room Wi Fi not free.brckfest low standart
Every single member of staff we encountered was helpful and friendly - we were going to a wedding and one of the receptionists even volunteered to take some photos of us all together.
There was nothing not to like as such but it would be a good idea to get some extra crockery for breakfast as we had to wait when cereal bowls, mugs, plates and even teapots all ran out because the breakfast room was busy. It ought to be possible to match the requirement for these items to the number of guests booked in for breakfast. It didn't spoil our stay though and the staff, though very busy still kept smiling.
Good friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast!
The adjoining pub, The Swan, was very spacious and welcoming and the food was excellent. The hotel itself was comfortable, with plenty of space.
Staff were extremely helpful, especially regarding stormy weather with accurate updates. Also good covered access to The Swan pub next door where the food was excellent and PI staff booked a table for us. Highly recommend.
The weather!!! ;)
Location accessible to Trafford Centre; rooms clean; reasonable price
I found the bed very hard and didn't sleep we (although 100% sleep guarantee was not adhered to)! My daughters had put up beds which weren't what we expected, the pic of family room showed 2 doubles:-( only 1 hand towel which isn't enough for 4 people who need to shower and wash hair; hair dryer was like a breeze and not powerful enough.
Myself and my daughter were celebrating her 30th birthday. I had emailed ahead to ask if something could be placed in her room to make it special for her and I would pay for it. Flowers chocolates and a card were put there - at no charge! The kindness of staff, particularly Bev was outstanding and made the weekend very memorable. A big thank you to all.
staff who went the extra mile.
