    Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Was really disappointed that our family room had a mattress on the floor. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. And my wife had to clean the toilet seat. We use premier inn a lot and not experienced these issues before.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location for us.

At night time and early morning, the corridor outside our room was very loud, including the cleaning staff even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, the cleaning staff were stood on the other side of the door having a loud conversation which woke me up.

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.I asked for a quiet room, not on ground floor and away from the lift and it was delivered perfectly. It was nice to be able to make a cup of tea in your room.

The vending machine in reception could have been better stocked and especially include bottled water. The continental breakfast was a little pricey for what it was.

Absolutely best beds ever. Free parking.

Breakfast not as good as advertised. Mushrooms not pan fried as stated, just boiled and watery. Very expensive for below average food.

    cheap -ish

Check in was slow, in fairness the person on the desk was being trained. Room keys did not work when we got to room so we had to go back to reception. only one bath towel in room (again another trip to reception. My partner left her toiletries bag in room when we left. we then phoned hotel and were told they would look and phone us back. they did not so i drove to warrington the day after to collect and they still could not locate it as they did not know where the cleaners would have put it. again they said they would phone and have not so i guess we have seen the last of that. oh by the way there is a building site next door so dont expect a lie in !

All staff were really friendly especially breakfast staff even though they were rushed off their feet.

No complaints really have stayed in more expensive hotels of poorer quality. Could put more towels in family room.

The night light in the bathroom for my 4 year old was a great touch. Having drinking glasses in the room. Really comfy bed.Hairdryer & toiletries provided. Crossover rail on the curtains to keep the light out. Exceptionally clean throughout.

no power point next to the bedside table.

The fact that you have quad rooms to allow us to have our older daughter in the same room as we are and not forcing us to book 2 rooms when our daughter does not want to be on her own. The receptionist was really good when we rang for directions as the exit off the main road is not easy to see and we were becoming increasingly frustrated as we drove round in circles. The staff were really friendly.Hotel was really clean. We always try to stay in a Premier Inn because they, so far, are always consistent.

The room was a little warm so I slept above the covers and we could not see a room stat to adjust it. There was no extraction fan in the bathroom so the room was a little steamy after 3 adults showered. Luckily we brought our own shampoo as the hair and body wash dispenser only had enough for 1.
