We really enjoyed our stay and glad to have the chance to say so. Staff were really helpful and the room was perfect. We were so rested and happy! Exactly as Lenny Henry promised x Nothing!

staff very friendly and helpful room clean, tidy, bathroom compact but had everything i needed bed a little too firm so didn't sleep properly would have liked a biscuit with the tea & coffee in the room

The helpfulness of the staff. When we arrived they made us feel very welcome and explained everything to us in detail. Also at breakfast the staff were very helpful, I cannot thank them enough for everything and making my stay a wonderful experience. The noisy family that had the room next door to us. They obviously were unaware of anybody else staying at the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a problem with a room door lock and were immediately moved to a new room with minimum fuss. Great room, great breakfast, very clean and neat. We had no problems with this accommodation.

Very comfortable beds, good shower, great choice for breakfast. Toby Carvery next door very convenient and good value. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Made for a very pleasant stay. Nothing really wrong, the rooms we stayed in were family rooms I think, they were all that was left when we booked and although they were very comfortable rooms there was not much room for movement as it was pretty much wall to wall beds: one double and two single across the length of the room. That is not really a complaint, just an observation and I am sure if I had needed the room because I had a young family I would have been pleased.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful, their computers were down so didn't have access to all info, but did their best to accomodate all our needs. One of my party had special dietry needs, and it was no hassle for the chef to do a special meal.

Staff courteous and helpful.Booked in late evening and great welcome on arrival after a shopping trip in Manchester oh so convenient,Would recommend or stay again .Good value for money . Lush breakfast.

Location Not up to Premier Inns advertised standard at all; public areas looking tired, reception toilets dirty, the reception area floors and doors all worn and a bit scruffy. Room cold - heating too slow to work (and then cut out so room went cold again) It was noisy from other guests arriving at night and leaving in the morning due to poor sound insulation (¬ them being inconsiderate). Bathroom shower was broken so we couldn't control the temperature. There was only one coffee sachet which we thought mean given it was still £60+ for the room. Pretty poor; I will think twice before using this brand again even though in the past I have always found them OK.
