Chosen for the location and a Toby carvery within good walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful, very polite, room and shower very clean (a must for me) breakfast was everything you could want, not greasy. Very pleased.
Very friendly staff, excellent and clean rooms.
Noise from bathroom sink drainage when we were trying to sleep
good value for money staff helpful
shower room needs better ventilation it was a bit damp smelling. The keycard door entry was erratic to open doors. Cooked breakfast was more boiled than fried disappointing mushrooms.
triple room had lots of space to move around between the beds.
The room was dull with no main lighting only lamps. This would be fine but they weren't positioned very well. The mirror was right by the door and opposite the bathroom door with no plug socket! A better place would be over the dressing table/desk where there was two double sockets surely! Only two cups etc even though the room was to sleep 3!
Rooms were comfortable and clean
Generally premier inns are relatively basic for the price
Helpful staff Comfortable beds (as always with Premier Inn
Smaller rooms than at other Premier Inns in the area No baths, only showers Awkward route out of hotel back to M62 - requires heading away from the motorway along a dual carriageway and then a U Turn. Limited menu in Toby Inn next door
spacious room for type. Staff were excellent public areas spotless
upright fan base collapsed and catching foot on it drew blood. noise from stairway/lift considerable.
Location Helpfulness of staff
TV was small
Bed very comfy and also very quiet despite not being on the quiet section.
TV remote was broken. 8.75 for eat as much as you breakfast very expensive, especially as you can go to the pub opposite and get the same for 3.99, and this is even advertised in the room.
Uber-friendly staff that were falling over themselves to make sure we were happy. Very clean room and great nights sleep thanks to a really comfy bed.
The ONLY thing I can say is that we came down late to breakfast and the hash browns were a bit chewy. Not the end of the world though.
The stay was very good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was prepared to order and was excellent.
The acess road to the Inn was not very clearly marked and easy to miss. It took us three times to hit the right exit.
Hotel was really good brilliant spot for accessing everywhere
Staff attitude 10 out of 10
The breakfast was fantastic stayed in many hotels some rated better but after waking up in a good bed and having great breakfast felt great that day
Breakfast should have come with pot of tea, not one that you have to make yourself
The staff were lovely, very cheerful. Breakfast was delicious and lots of great choices for children.
Room was too warm.
Our stay was great
Rooms very warm
After making a late decision to stay over we were pleasantly surprised by our stay as we usually pay a much higher price to stay at the Albert Dock. Ian was on the main desk and greeted us pleasantly and assured us he was on hand until 11 pm if we needed anything, the room was nice and clean with an extremely comfortable bed. There is a Toby carvery next door which offers value for money for food and their £3.99 all you can eat breakfast is a must with lovely staff who can't do enough for you. Overall a very pleasant over night stay.
We stayed for 2 nights to attend a Wedding nearby. The check in, service, cleanliness, comfort etc was excellent. I would recommend Premier Inn to all my friends. Well done for providing all needed for aweekend away.
Can find nothing to complain about.
Other guests noises.
Staff were friendly and helpfull.
Was really disappointed that our family room had a mattress on the floor. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. And my wife had to clean the toilet seat. We use premier inn a lot and not experienced these issues before.
The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location for us.
At night time and early morning, the corridor outside our room was very loud, including the cleaning staff even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, the cleaning staff were stood on the other side of the door having a loud conversation which woke me up.
The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.I asked for a quiet room, not on ground floor and away from the lift and it was delivered perfectly. It was nice to be able to make a cup of tea in your room.
The vending machine in reception could have been better stocked and especially include bottled water. The continental breakfast was a little pricey for what it was.
