Premier Inn Warrington South  

They were very accommodating and made me up a family room on the ground floor as I'm a single parent in a wheelchair. They were nothing but friendly and helpful.

The doors were heavy and impossible to get through in a wheelchair. Automatic doors or ones with access buttons would have made it far easier to get in and out of the building.

Receptionist extremely helpful, room spacious and quiet. Leaving early morning the 'arranged' continental breakfast was superb.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.Check in and check out was easy and quick.

Hotel was difficult to find - map was confusing and showed wrong side of motorway junction. Room was pretty cold - heating controls didn't seem effective.

Room in Hotel was clean & comfortable and reception staff pleasant & accommodating.

Food in adjacent Cat & lion Pub was good but floors were dirty & messy in morning for breakfast (obviously not cleaned after dinner night before)

The usual high standard of bedroom cleanlisness and comfort. Excellent reception staff - friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

Lack of shower hose - The fixed head showers are not as easy to use. My partner was quite vexed that the room mirror was not positioned adjcent to the door as she could not easily check here appearence as she dressed / prepared to leave the room.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

very handy and xonvenient for the coach interchange.

it was the best premier inn we have stayed in. was so quite and comfy.

the fact we had paid for breakfast but had to leave to our archery shoot before we could get A hot breakfast as it didn'T open till 8 O clock and service was so slow on the second morning we didn'T bother going to breakfast at all.

RElaxed atmosphere, great breakfast.

A king size bed in a family room didn't leave enough space for two single beds for the teenagers. We were one adult and two children rooms for that type of family could be provided by a double bed which converts to two singles plus a single bed. Perhaps a single bed which folds down from the wall.

Double bed was good and bathroom too..

We booked a family room but on arrival found the room was made up for a couple. Complained to staff who said it would be put right when we returned from our night out,but on our return all they had done was basically put a mattress on the floor. When my daughter turned the covers back there were three insects crawling around, how would you feel? It was gone midnight so we could not go any where else,and yes I did complain before we left. Disgusted, and the eating place adjoining wasn't much better.........

Conveniently situated near to motorway and the Cat and Lion next door is pleasant enough for food and drinks. For us it was just a convenient place to stay en route to Holyhead and Ireland.

Hot breakfast items were freshly prepared rather than being kept warm on a buffet. The bedroom and bathroom were well designed, clean and contained all that we needed.

Air-conditioning would have been welcome.

Pub where breakfast was being served had not been cleaned from the night before, one person doing every thing very slow service. Receptionist didn't know how long to walk into town guessed 15mins took 45mins 2.4 miles.

Value for money and comfort.
