Upon arrival online checking in systems were down but the staff were great in communicating the problem and advising how they were handling the situation in order to check me in efficiently.
Excellent location and very good service.
My room was close to reception and the noise (being new years eve) meant I was kept awake later than I wanted.
Great price, comfortable, well presented ammenities, very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again. Notably great value.
location and restraunt and bar

Comfortable, good value for money, very clean and with friendly staff.
Nothing much to dislike.
Cose to the motorway. Quiet location with good parking. Very quiet. Temperature control in the room. Plenty of space in the room for suitcase etc Clean bed linen
Could feel the springs in the mattress a bit. Couldn't open the window in the room
Every staff are very kind and magic. All I need will be sloved in a short time. Great!
Room was a fair size for a family of three and very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't hear any noise from other guests or outside. The Receptionist was very helpful :-)
The hotel room is very clean. Breakfast was fantastic ! Food quality was good . Your staff Cristen and Tom were very friendly .
Could not see any sign directions showing premier Inn for driver whom arrives late in the evening . we turn into the right road but too dark to see the location . Better lighting or sign board direction will be good !
the staff were so friendly and helpful
I would like free wifi
We all liked the breakfast and the dining area. It was nice to be able to have a drink in the evening with the kids in the bar area.
The bedroom window didn't open.
The lady on reception was lovely . Kind and helpful . Can't remember her name . I think she was Thai. Rooms clean and comfortable . Breakfast was great . Good value for money . Thanks.
Spotlessly clean room and bathroom with plenty of space for four. Extra pillows useful. Plenty of space in car park. No noise during the night. Air-con efficient and easy to use. Lift was quick and reliable.Kids appreciated freeview tv. Beds comfortable.
Restaurant - service was friendly and polite but very slow once order was placed. Main course food was variable - burgers good, chicken and bacon salad really bad! One soggy mass of pale, droopy leaves - had to search under it all to find chicken/bacon. Complaint to waiter was listened to while he cleared the table but no action taken that we know of. Desserts lovely and very generous. Breakfast was great - self service and plenty of everything well cooked.
Comfy Beds, very practical room layout while having a homey touch. Allergy breakfast menu available!
Breakfast waitress unfriendly - but all other breafast and the reception staff were friendly.
Lots of parking. Staff went out of their way to give us local guidance and ensure we enjoyed our stay (especially Kat, Kyle, Steve and others whose names we can't remember). Great wifi, as with all Premier Inn hotels across the UK
Location, bed, staff
Having to pay for broadband
Air conditioning in the room wouldn't go below 19C despite repeated attempts by reception to reduce it. Windows wouldn't open. The "Free" WFI was for 30 minutes only, then had to pay. Bar tiny and too busy with little choice.
good size rooms good blackout curtains friendly staff good breakfast steak at dinner cooked well
advertised and told someone on reception to help, left waiting on phone ringing and ringing (externals calls and internal),desk empty. not very clean rooms, bathroom tiles and shower head, carpet dirty meal deal-poor quality food for kids (my daughters comment -sainsburys ready meal is better!), house wine terrible-red that is sweet and watery. starters included very small portions.
The food at the restaurant, the welcome by Sam, the room clean and spacious. No noise.
Surprisingly the bed, I did not find it as soft I people suggest. Might just be me. Being called "guys" at the restaurant.
Good food, comfortable room
No food service at lunch time.not even a sandwich. Car park too small. Saturday morning breakfast wAs a shambles trying to get food, had to wait while they brought more food out for self service, quedfor coffe and toast. Sunday quieter
cleanliness and comfort exceptional breakfast
reception not manned when required assistance
The room was clean, tidy, well presented and comfortable. The hotel was modern and the dining room was welcoming and well-presented - breakfast was a treat.
Waiting nearly two hours to finish our evening meal in the restaurant; the service (especially on reception and in the bar) was slow; there was no opening on the window in our bedroom and the fourth bed was uncomfortable for our youngest son - he was very unhappy about the bed.
